I am being generous w/ a 2 star rating.

The original estimate was drastically underestimated so they could get the nod from my insurance company to go ahead w/ the repair. Had the correct estimate been written the car would have been totaled. Now I have a car thats worth 14K, that just had 11K worth of work done. Anyone want to buy it?

A 7 day repair turned into 30. Once I finally got the car back, AC did not work, cruise control did not work, airb... view moreags light was on...plus some other random electrical problems. They seem to farm out lots of the work, so they had the constant ability to point fingers elsewhere. I would have give them 1 star, but they earned a star by being courteous and proactively telling me to grab my ankles.

Stetner has been great for many years and many cars

I`ve gone to Stetner Auto Body for many years and always had good luck. They do great work and are efficient with my time. Recomended.

Stetner`s was great!

I did not have any issues whatsoever as the above poster did. I came in for an estimate, which they did immediately, on the spot, while I waited. They made an appointment with me to do the repair, and they told me it would take three days. On the third day they called and said your car is ready!!! It looked great, and the price was exactly as quoted. They are a very busy shop and I had to wait two weeks for my appoin... view moretment, but it was well worth waiting for. I got 6 estimates by the way, and they were right in the running. The estimates ranged from $100 lower than theirs (for a junky on man show shop) to hundreds of dollars higher than them at several other shops. All in all I was completely satisfied. Deidre Falin

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

I was more then dissatisfied with the service I received at Stetners, I took my car in on a Friday to get an estimate and it was still running its not like it would have been hard. The man I first talked to was really pleasant and said he would have it done by Monday. Well Monday rolls around and I call to see if it is done it?s not? no big deal I can wait a few more day so I call again on Thursday, then on the follo... view morewing Monday and I get the same song and dance ?we are short handed? ?give us one more day? ? I will fax it to you? Tuesday comes and I need the estimate I call and talk to Mr. Stetner what an awful man, he told me that they weren?t interested in my car because I had taken it to another shop that had damaged it! I was amazed at how rude he was I just wanted a free estimate they do say they do that but no. The thing that bugged me the most is fine if you didn?t want to do it tell me three weeks ago not after you promise and promise to get it done!!!!

I would never bring my car to this shop!!!!!

Hey , Don`t Listen To The Guy At The Bottom!

I`ve seen the people at Stetner Auto Body work on hundreds of cars and I haven`t seen one customer walk out of the office in a bad mood because they did a bad job on the car. Trust me, if he got into another accident and went to Stetner Auto Body, he would be highly pleased.

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT GO TO STETNER!!!!

After my car was fixed, I examined it to make sure they did a good, thorough job. Immediately I noticed that the paint on my bumper was ""foggy."" How could they not notice that?! Also, my window, which is automatic, was make a strange sound everytime I put it down. The interior of my car was a mess - oil and debris was everywhere! They tried to clean it but you think they would know better than to enter a car w... view moreith greasy clothes. They agreed to fix the problems but I had to take my car in 3 more times to get it fixed!!! They DO NOT pay attention to detail and it seems like they rush their jobs. If you have a nice car, don`t even think about taking it there as you will regret it. And yes, I read the 2 immaculate reviews on Citysearch before taking it there. Was it that I was just SOL? YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! TAKE IT THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Good experience

Stetner did a very nice job on the dent/scrape on our 2005 Prius. The staff was nice, they explained things to me, and charged the same or less as two other places from whom I received estimates. I would go there again.

Great body shop!

I was impressed with the service at this shop. The employees were attentive. I had been to another shop where I was told to wait in the lobby and I had already waited several minutes for someone to even notice me. I ended up walking out and no one even noticed. At Stetner`s, everyone was courteous and interested in providing good service. My concerns and questions were promptly and professionally answered.
