Bad Bad Bad Job

This is the email I sent them! I had my car detailed (FULL DETAIL $305) today 4/20/2012. Black SUV. I was in a hurry when I picked it up at 5 PM, so I did a quick walk around and it looked great! When I got home I started looking closer at the paint on the hood, millions of swirls and scratches were still there! But a very nice wax job was done over them. The whole reason that I brought my SUV to you was to remove t... view morehe swirls and scratches! I can wax the car myself! So I went on youtube to see what it takes to remove scratches and swirls. Low and behold, a plethora of how to videos! So I borrowed a buffing machine from a friend of mine who had an extra new foam pad. I happened to have some Mcguires polishing compound from a few years ago and decided to see if I could remove some of the scratches and swirls myself. So I taped half the hood off with blue painters tape. Then I followed the instructions on youtube (kinda). After five (5) that`s F I V E minutes I removed most of the swirls and scratches!!!!!!!!! From half of the hood! AYFKM (are you f$#&$#@ kidding me)!!! Why did I just spend THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS? For a car wash, a little wax and some armor all? What kind of outfit are you running there? I saw some Ferrari`s at your shop when I was there, maybe because I wasn`t driving one? Would you do this crappy of a job for one of your Ferrari customers? Somehow I don`t think so.

Best tinting job, great wash

Accutint Bellevue is simply the best. I just had my car detailed there...and it was one of the best detailing experiences that I have ever received. The owners are friendly, courteous and professional. The staff is talented, hard working and are pefectionists. Their work is fantastic...my car has never looked so good. I highly recommend their detailing service.

Great Service

accutint has done several vehicles for me and my friends. we all take our cars there and send our friends there - they tinted the windows on my boys boat, too. any problems with any of the work done has always been resolved at no charge, regardless of the type of service. I will continue to refer my friends :-)

Horrible

These guys installed clearbra with bubbles, dogears, and debris underneath on my car. They agreed to reinstall. A third party inspector said it was improperly installed AGAIN (stretch marks, lifting corners, bubbles). I refused to have them do it a third time, they walked away from their lame workmanship and any warranty obligations. Horrible.

Very good service, will be back

I took my Boxster S to them today because my garage ceiling had dripped a heavily alkaline cr*p on one fender. I thought this likely to have damaged the paint. After some reading, I tried to neutralize the alkalinity with lemon juice last night but thought it hadn`t worked. However, went into Accu-tint today and their head detailer (Marco) was able to remove any vestiges of the concrete/alkali residue with fine sandp... view moreaper. Then they buffed it out perfectly and re-waxed the area. All at no charge. I gave them a healthy tip and I`ll be back to get a full exterior detail from them.

And they have a hottie behind the counter. What`s not to like?

Awesome Detail

Accutint did a great detail on my car for the most affordable price in the market. I couldn`t afford to get a detail if it want for them! I also had them tint my windows in my brand new accord...looks so sweet! Thanks Guys!
