Auto Craft is an approved repair facility through my insurance company, GEICO. After an accident, I took my vehicle here to receive almost $6,000 in repairs. The shop/waiting area was clean and the staff was friendly. They gave me updates when I asked and let me retrieve a few items from my vehicle. BUT, I am unhappy with the repair work. The rear panel that was replaced does not fit snuggly like the undamaged... view more side does. The tail gate, that was repaired, is slightly out of whack leaving a large gap on one side. In addition, there is a metal strip under my rear window that now rubs on my front door when I open it. It even rubs away paint in an inconspicuous spot. The end of the metal strip was covered with electrical tape! The best part is, this piece was not even damaged in the accident! To add insult to injury, the interior of my car was extremely dirty with shop dust. They say they don`t detail cars (fair enough), but they do vacuum and wipe them out. If that`s true, they missed a lot of spots.. Also, I found a shop rag and one of the worker`s 7-Up bottle in the cargo area of my car. My key had a small amount of paint on it as well. While these may seem like small things, they add up to the already shoddy job they did repairing the vehicle. I returned to Auto Craft and pointed out these issues, and I`ll be returning my car next week for more work.

Cheap but not complete

I had my car towed to this shop and had since had to spend thousands in repairs that the shop did not find. I was initially told that my car would be ""restored to its original factory condition."" This is obviously not the case.
