Started car shopping at Subaru...

Started car shopping at Subaru of Puyallup, liked both cars that I test drove there. The car dealer, Kevin Fordham, was patient and understanding when we stated we needed to test drive other cars elsewhere, just to be sure on which car to settle on. Horrible Service

I recently visited this dealership on Feb 10th to extend the warrantee on my Subaru. This was the first time I went to this dealership and it will be the last. I waited an hour and twenty minutes to talk to the finance director. After he served two customers (?), irritated at waiting so long with no explanation, I stepped to the center of the showroom and attempted to get some attention. I walked towards 3 emplo... view moreyees, who appeared to be shooting the breeze. After eliciting no response, one of the other floor salesmen walked towards me to try and assist me. He brought myself to the attention of the 3 employees that were chatting and one of them responded ?I?m in the middle of a joke here?.

At that I walked out and intent never to return.
