Trustworthy and timely repairs

Downtime is critical. If my truck is not working then I am not getting paid. I trust Mount Vernon Auto Repair to fix my truck and also keep me informed of any other repairs that would cause me problems at some later date. They will price out the vehicle`s future repair needs and the costs of preventative maitenance so that I can budget and schedule the repair to suit my schedule. Wonderful Client Care

I loaned my SUV the my kids to make an emergency trip to Missouri April 7. Keith insisted I I have MV Auto Repair check it out for safety before they left that evening, I was relieved when my son reported driving safely through the pass in Butte, Montana in white out conditions at 5 am! I am glad I listened to Keith! What compassion and care they have for us, their clients.

Unauthorized Repairs And Charges

The repair facility of Mount Vernon Towing gave me an estimate of $500 dollars plus replacement of a battery after having my vehicle towed in. One week later, the service advisor called me to tell me the charges were above $1300, almost 300 percent above the estimate. After going back to the shop to review the bill, I found that the shop had preformed several services that I had not requested or authorized, and state... view mored on the invoice that I had ""ok`ed"" these services, which was completely false. These services included a transmission flush and filter change. I am now stuck in litigation with this company for the unauthorized work and charges. To top it all off, they replaced my vehicle parts with used parts, likely from a wrecking yard, while charging new parts prices. They also did not honor the $75 tow discount that their ad promotes, and finally did poor repair work, as my tachometer no longer works, but did prior to the repairs.
