I brought my car in for an estimate after reading reviews and checking and comparing prices at other shops. I thought I had done my homework... Most people that have a problem with their car take it in to a car shop with the expectation to have it fixed. The guy who helped me was incompetent. He was unhelpful and uninformative -- ""Lucky me"" to fall into his hands ?? I specifically asked for an estimate for specif... view moreic repairs to be done and I pointed out the exact problems that needed to be repaired. The guy acted as thought he understood what I wanted and verbally agreed to e-mail me estimates for all the repairs. Later it became obvious that he either tried to set me up or simply forgot one of my request. I was shocked and disappointed when I picked up my car. I attempted to explain that they did not do what I asked and they responded with a bunch of auto repair jargon referencing diagnostic codes that mean nothing to me. I felt like a patient argue with an arrogant doctor about the ""diagnosis codes"". I soon realized there was no point in arguing and I was wasting my time. Just a price to learn a lesson -- Don`t believe anything they say. Make sure you CONFIRM EVERYTHING with them in WRITING if you must go here !!

The guys at exotic motors helped me with my two accidents. They were very kind and I could tell they really cared about me as a customer. I appreciate the up-front honesty from Exotic Motors. They kept me informed every step of the way. I first went to a location that was recommended by the insurance company of the person that hit me and my kids. I felt like the information they were giving me was vague and inaccurate. I just had a front end collision repaired by Exotic. While this was being taken care of by Progressive, I received nothing but updates, accurate information, and details as to the progress of my vehicle`s repair. Brent was my main point of contact, and sent me CONSTANT updates regarding the deliberation with the insurance company, and his shop`s progress on my vehicle.

I will recommend Exotic to ANYBODY needing anything from minor surface scratches to full-on structural damage. They paid noticeable attention to my vehicle to ensure the utmost quality and my personal satisfaction.

I had front end damage from an accident in which the other party was at fault. Brent and his team were great and always fought hard to repair my vehicle with quality parts, nothing less. He also kept me updated with frequent emails. It took a while, but it was well worth it because when I got the car back it looked brand new. There were a couple things missing when I checked it out, some small pieces, but without eve... view moren batting an eye Brent ordered the parts and told me to come back when the parts arrived. That`s something I don`t think most body shops would have done. Another thing I really appreciated was that Brent dealt with the insurance company, I barely had to do anything. All in all Exotic Motors is a great place to get your car fixed and is run by great people!

Like ringlist says, I too was rearended by a multitasking idiot teenager. Crunched my car skillfully. Attention: This is NOT the so called Exotic Motors on 20th. Make no mistake. Peter updated me daily about part choices and progress. Their work proved flawless. Peter loaned me his own car while the work was done. I`ve driven BMWs for 38 years. No shop even comes close. I am going to write a review because they asked me too spread the word and because they are trying to grow through getting the word out about their service. I feel like they deserve a bit of my time as I asked for a LOT of theirs and never once was thought of as a pest. My story? Well you know that new car feeling? I do I still have one even after being in a horrific accident to my new Cadillac! I only had ... view moreit for three months when a *&^%ing idiot decided it was more important to talk on her cell phone than watch were she was going and I watched in the mirror as she obliviously rear ended me causing almost 20k`s worth of damage to my new baby. I screamed and yelled but the insurance company would not total my car. Then they tried to send me to ""one of their shops"" yea right!!! Like I would trust a insurance company to ""do the right thing"". I called me dealer, they said we use Exotic, I asked a few people who I know are into cars, Exotic again . Finally I looked online and did my homework and I have to say if I hadn`t already had had the recommendations I would have been a little skeptical of 50+ 5 star reviews. I went ahead and towed it there. These guys know there stuff I had questions and was really worried about it just never being the same. Mark there walked me through every thing and from the very start I had peace of mind. I told them I wanted to see it before they put it back together (I know, nightmare customer!) they complied. I told them I wanted to read test it before accepting it and signing off, again no problem infact they were happy about it! they said we dont mind showing off a little! End of story is I now have been driving the car for a month and I cannot tell the difference in handling, I have washed and waxed it twice and the paint and trim is as it was. Honestly, these guys fixed a very scary situation for me and DESERVE to do well reap the rewards. Cons? none just the time frame but thats not something you can control if you want it done right

Wow. Great work and great service. I am very pleased with the work Exotic did on our Tahoe. Only 6 months left on our lease, we were debating on whether to buy out the lease or not...and then...the accident. Needless to say, the accident had us leaning away from buying out the car. But, Brent at Exotic walked us through the estimate in detail, and was very straightforward and respectful throughout the process. When we did, we were so pleased with the quality of the work done (and the condition, in which, the car was returned to us) that we practically feel like the car is new again, not 4 years old. It was as if we brought the car in for body work...and not only received the highest quality work, but got detailing thrown in for free! The work was done on time and Brent was easy to work with. A couple of weeks ago I was rear ended and didn`t think twice about using Exotic Motors. I have used them before so I knew what to expect. My insurance company tried to talk me into using another body shop I don`t have any experience with and didn`t feel comfortable with so I insisted on working with Exotic. I am glad I did. OK so yes they asked me to write a review. No I normally dont bother but they worked hard for this so they completely deserve it. I have had to use 3 body shops in the past 7 or 8 years. The other times I just was herded through my insurance companies direct program. While that was ok I did have to go back to those shops (all located in Bellevue) and get things adjusted and buffed. From the very start they seemed like they not only wanted my business but cared about my situation. They handled everything for me. They were NOT amy insurance companies choice in fact my insurance company tried very hard to push me to their ""preferred"" place. I insisted and they quickly backed down. It was new to me but the choice lies in the hands of the vehicle owner NOT the insurance company. The repairs were perfect in fact better than I remember the car looking when I bought it new!! The car was as clean as a whistle and the whole thing was handled with care and professionalism. They also run a service place for regular maintenance called The Pit Stop wich I also have used and is equally as good. I will recommend this place to my family , friends and anyone that will listen.
