Car broke down in SuperMall Parking Lot on a Thursday night (10pm) Was towed by 4am Friday morning -- I couldn`t believe it! Then upon inquiring about Fees etc... I was told the vehicle was connected to a Police report & non items could b retrieved from vehicle. When I continued I question him , he then recanted his original statement - The fees to get vehicle back were OUTRAGEOUS - To make matters worse my broth... view moreer who had just purchased te vehicle a week prior , was still waiting on his official proof of ownership to arrive via mail and they Were adamant that ONLY the person listed on car registration could retrieve the vehicle or the personal effects inside vehicle. Of course that was close to impossible & by the time we were able to contact previous owner, the vehicle was sold at their auction, after ONLY 10 Days! I spoke to 2 different Dispatchers/ CSR`s and they both (Men) treated me indifferently and It really was so hurtful. I mean go ahead be a liar , be a con artist & a thief ..... But treat your "victims" with @ least a bit of courtesy ... Seriously!! BEWARE!!

The owner stopped his employee from helping my son get his car from impound with the intention of delaying us until after 3 pm when he can jack the rates up another day. Knowing that the nearest DMV was 5 minutes away and open, he tried leading us to DMVs that were out of town or closed. His attitude was cold and unfriendly. I was helped today by a man named Steve, who is very tall and bald! Hah(: Let me tell you, I have never had a bad situation turn out so beautifully. After damaging my car due to faulty chains on Snoqualmie Pass, Steve helped me move my car to an auto body shop for repairs. He helped me determine what auto body repair shop would best suit my insurance and he also helped me go to the place I bought my chains at and... view more helped me refund my money for the $90 chains! Picking my two daughters up from daycare in downtown Auburn I locked myself out of my car with the keys still in the car. Auburn Valley Towing showed up within 10 minutes and unlocked my car for me free of charge. I was absolutely blown away and so grateful for their amazing customer service.
