I don?ˆ™t usually write these types of reviews, but I feel like the men at Kip Killmon Ford service department deserve to have me say how great a job they do. I drive a Ford F-150 and have had some trouble with a gas smell for some time now. I have taken it to several shops in the past and have spent money each time, but still came out with the same problem. I had no problem getting an appointment and was out in a reasonable amount of time. I know that I will have all of my work done at Kip Killmon Ford in Louisa, VA from now on. I have been a customer for the last 5 years. The service team from managment to mechanics have always treated me great. They continue to do great work on all my vehicles. When I need something fixed at the last minute they always accommodate my situations.

For 7 years I suffered through as many staffing changes in the SERVICE Department. As each, in turn, demonstrated INCOMPETENCE and were replaced, I was promised things would improve. But they only GOT WORSE. Yesterday, after being dealt with by an arrogant SERVICE WRITER who would rather win an argument than win a customer, I gave up. My complaints to TOM, the SERVIE MANAGER fell on deaf ears. He said his cus... view moretomer satisfaction is very high. [TOM must live on a different planet than I do. Everywhere I look they are rated 3 or less out of 5. You could say they are struggling to achieve mediocrity. Although they offered to do my service free of charge, I paid so I would have a record of their ""work"". I then went home and made an appointment with GIBSON`s GARAGE in Mineral to finish the job. GIBSON`s took good care of my PORCHE, MERCEDES and Honda PILOT through the years, I know they will do a good job on my FORD and I will never need to experience KIP KILLMON again. BTW: I am writing this at the suggestion of a neighbor who pointed out that I should have checked their reviews on the web. They rate 3 or less everywhere. I guess I`m the last to know, but to help prevent others from learning about KIP KILLMON the hard way, I am adding my voice to the chorus.

We run a local business in the area and Kip Killmon has taken care of us for many years. I bought my truck in highschool from Sonny and it has been running smooth ever sense with regular oil changes and inspections from Kip Killmon. Sonny is a great salesman and he clearly cares about the people who come to his store. Do not trust this dealership! We drove down from NY to buy a car from them. We purchased the car in cash (for more than it was worth because we were down there to get a car without rust) and the day after we bought it the check engine light came on. We took it back to the shop and they didn`t even want to scan it in the computer. The sales manager Matt Seidlarczyk was extremely rude and dismissive and said it would c... view morelear itself on it`s own. After we finally got them to scan for the code it was for a misfire in the first cylinder. We agreed that it would be acceptable to fix it in NY and mail him the bill. We brought the car home and had it serviced. It was in the shop for diagnostics for 3 weeks. After we found out it was the gasket on the first cylinder we called Matt to ask him for at least partial reimbursement and he said it was past the warranty agreement AND HE HUNG UP ON US!!!!! So unprofessional. Never ever trust this dealership.
