A very bad service. My husband and I visitamo this place to buy a car and my experience was horrible. The employee who greeted us did not even know the procedure for submitting documents, hosts of total hours 3 different people with different explanations and applications. 3 days after we returned to the place where they offered the car that we had already seen on their website at a price totally exaggerated and p... view moreut on your page, to claim them or informal, immediately changed the cost of the vehicle in the page (a fraud TOTAL), the seller did not help us, not give us alternatives to inform estabanos not match the price, we just returned the documents and told us that cualificabanos for any vehicle the previous day we had approved the vehicle, they indicated the deposit amount, the cost of the vehicle and the amount payable. To my knowledge and many friendships that we have already spoken of this place, we are more than clear that are corrupt, liars and dedicated to steal money from people. It`s a shame that so engage local people to cheat. They lost a customer but a community of friends and family who never take into account The Auto Connection as an alternative to purchasing a vehicle. They serve and give you an F-.

i purcase a vehile from them a year ago running fine, i recently got it inspected had to get a new muffler but thay did all the work and was back on the road the same day. good job mackmack

I went to purchase a used car from this place and we talked to the sales person and had the car set to do all the paper work to sign the next day. I showed up the next day and they tried to put me into another car and told the bank that this was the car they tried to put me in for the whole time. Needless to say they tried to put me in a car that i didnt even look at and had the bank do all the paperwork for someth... view moreing i didnt get a chance to look at. I would not send anyone to this place or even look at the lot. I went next door and found a better car for my money with better miles and sales people that know a little bit about cars.

I have purchased two cars from mac- mac and have sent my brother and mother to the auto connection also and have never had nothing but a good experience , my brother did have to get a new alternator on the Chevrolet Suburban that he bought but the service department took care of it for him under warranty. Recently my family and I had the opportunity to search for a used vehicle, and we went to The Auto Connection to check their inventory. From the moment we walked on the lot, we were treated with respect, and the Sales Staff made us feel comfortable while we searched the lot for the car we needed. I bought my car from Auto Connection and just paid it off this week. I LOVE my car and I LOVE the service and respect I always got from Auto Connection. The finance department was always friendly when I called to pay and the service department was always great if I needed an oil change or state inspection.
