Avoid this place!

This business does not deserve any stars, but one had to be given to post a review. The first call to this "business" was very un-business like. He didn`t identify the business when answering, he was too busy and distracted, he had the parts I needed, but didn`t have time to talk to me about cost call him back in 20 minutes. The next phone call confirmed that he did have the parts needed, had to pay ca... view moresh up front to get them. Warning lights should have gone off right then and there! When I went in to pay the person at the desk, it was not the Rudy who I had speaking with on the phone it was his son. Explained the conversation, and the agreed on price for 3 Frame mounts. Gave him the cash for the parts plus tax after he confirmed what he was selling with someone on the phone I assume it was Rudy. I was supposed to have the parts the next morning. I was called that night and told the parts were ready to be picked up in the morning. In the morning, the gates were locked. When I called to find out what was going on I was told they had a vehicle broken down, but would be there shortly. A totally different person arrived to deliver the parts, but only one mount was delivered. It has now been 16 days since the phone call back to Rudy about the other 2 parts, I don`t think that I will get them---Oh and there is a no cash refund policy so I don`t think I will see the money until I go to court. Buyer Beware Do Not give them money until you actually see everything you are paying for.

Avoid this place

This business deserves no stars!
There are two addresses that come up in a search Sign Pine Road and Sondej Ave. I dealt with Bainbridge Blvd. all have the same phone number listed.
It took 2 phone calls to confirm they had the parts, and I was told cash up front to get the parts.
When I went in to pay the person at the desk was not who I was speaking with on the phone, and he didn`t expect me. I had to i... view morenform him about the agreement with the person answering their phone for 3 frame mounts, he confirmed this via phone to someone.
I was told the mounts could be picked up at 9am next morning. At 9:45am, the gates were locked. A totally different person then I paid arrived at 10am to deliver the parts, only 1 mount was delivered. The delivery boy wasn`t authorized to give me any more parts and no one who could was there.
It is now 19 days, 2 personal visits, and 5 phone calls since I was told that the 3 mounts were ready to be picked up. I don`t think that they ever intended to deliver 3 mounts to me. There is a no cash refund policy so no money has been offered for the undelivered parts either. Buyer Be Aware dealing with this place is a shell game!
