I went into Carmax a little skeptical as I thought I could get a better deal at a dealership. But I am so glad I decided to go with them. My salesman, Chris W, was amazing! Everything went so smoothly, through the whole process I was waiting for the catch. I requested for a vehicle to be transferred from another location. It arrived in 3 days. Once I arrived to the dealership, everything went extremely smooth. I got way more than I expected for my trade in (double what the dodge dealership was offering me). The used vehicle I purchased was competitive compared to the asking price that was advertised elsewhere and way below invoice prices at other dealerships. The vehicle was in great condition, but as this was a used car, I had a trusty mechanic inspect the car bumper to bumper. All in all, my mechanic said it was a great car. The only fault was the wheels could use either a balancing or alignment, but by no means was it major. Although this is no big deal, I hesitantly called Chris to see if this was something CarMax would cover. He said since it falls in the 30-day warranty, they absolutely would take care of it and I would just have to give the service garage a call to set up an appointment. Overall, my experience could not have been better!

i purchased a 2004 Mercedes Benz in 2006 and it has been a nightmare ever since. In Nov 2006 I was told I needed a new battery it is a Mercedes, the battery in my Saturn lasted longer. In November 2007 I had to have the chip in my radio replaced. In January 2008 it would not start, had it towed to Carmax and was told nothing is wrong.
