No more... I will NOT go back. They inspected my truck 3 wks ago. The one wheel they pulled, was not put back on right. Lug nuts loosened up 3 days later and started falling off. I did not associate this with their work at first. THEN a week or so later they worked on my Ford Explorer . I don`t drive a lot but had it gone over, tuned up, serviced and braked checked. We made it from this area all the way to... view more the state line and heard 2 loud "Pops" It was driving ok, and I thought maybe something on the interstate flew up and hit it underneath... NO... once again lug nuts. WE COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED. 3 of the lug nuts had come off and 2of them broke off. One of the 2 left was so loose, Only one was down tight and IT HAD BEEN STRIPPED. IT cost us nearly $300 to repair, a lost vacation day, and a night in a very expensive hotel we would have never stayed at... be careful...THESE DAMN PEOPLE CAN KILL YOU...

Amazing!

My experience at Crossroade Ford was exceptional from the time I exited my car until I left with the car of my choice. I found the car I was interested in on the net and Mr. Tim Hyunh set an appointment. He met me and turned me over to Mr. Bill Jenkins who my wife and I both enjoyed talking to. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and answered any and all questions I had. He got the appraisal an do... view morene and after talking with him and the sales manager I asked to think about it overnight and asked Bill to call me the next day and I would have make my decision. He did so and I went back and bought the car. It was a a 2009 Lincoln MKZ. Everyone at Crossroads was very courteous and there was no high pressure sales at all from anyone. I would recommend the dealership to all my friends.

Fantastic Experience

You won`t find better service anywhere. He`s patient, flexible, courteous, and knowledgeable. I`ve bought both a new F-150 and just bought a new Fusion. He`s has kept in touch between purchases, with him the deal doesn`t end when you get your new keys. He`s a member of a class act at Crossroads, and I will continue to do business with him because of that.
