I bought a car in january and two and a half months later I have a repair of 1500. The dealership says they won`t help. The clutch and fly wheel are gone. But even before that after driving my car for one week my rims were warped and caused front end damage. They replaced those but still couldn`t get it right. My spare tire wasn`t correct. Best thing for this area is if no one buys anything from them and they go out of business. Look elsewhere for more reliable cars.

I am neutral at the moment. The sales person was very friendly and did not pressure me in the slightest bit. I found the car I wanted and was pleased. Now though I am having issues with the car that go beyond what I found out during my test drive. I bought the car the price they were asking and have in writing what they would fix. I have only put 3000 miles on the car in a year and there are more problems with the car then what I could have thought. If they fix my car like they said they would in writing I will have no problem changing my review to a five star but as of now...make sure you have a vehicle privately inspected before you buy.

I came to Ocean Auto because my friend got a car quick and easy. I was welcomed and the process was pretty fluid. I even had a choice between 3 cars. They have bbqs and pretty funny salespeople from time to time when i visit. I would def keep recommending them to my friends who need a Buy Here Pay Here dealership!!!

This was the easiest time I had getting approved for a car. I had bad credit and had been to different dealers who gave me the run around about getting financed. I was referred to Ocean Auto Brokers through a friend who`s credit was as bad, if not worse than mine, and he was approved for a very nice pick-up truck. I drove off the lot with, within an hour I might say, in a very nice Ford Explorer. Their staff was awesome, and didn`t make me feel like I had to just take what I could get because of my credit. I highly recommend them!!!!!

I have told my best friend about this place. I told her all about how my car has been falling apart since the first day I bought it. The day after I bring it home I cant even get to work because the car wouldnt start. I have so far lost over 6 thousand dollars on this car. I have been lied to and cheated out of my money. My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Ocean Auto back in Feb 2012 and we were very pleased with the service that we received from everyone there. We had some credit issues and there finance department was able to get us worked out on the vehicle that we wanted and we were still able to stay in the budget that we had set. Back in October of 2011, I purchased a 2006 Honda Element. I must say, when I showed up at the lot, I gave it a second thought, but I was quickly greeted and asked they could help. After sitting down with one of the salespersons, I was taken out to the lot and shown the vehicles in my price range and my requirements. I have bought only 2 other cars in my life and I will say, this was the most pleasurable and speedy process. I since recommended them to my brother and girlfriend. I would rate Ocean Auto Brokers a negative 5 star if I could. On Dec. 1, 2010 I purchased a 2004 Honda Accord from them for over $10,000. I am a widow on disability with a teenage daughter and the sole care-giver for my elderly mother. They knew this. Obviously I need reliable transportation. Unfortunately, instead of doing my due diligence I made the mistake of trusting in their honesty & integrity and believed tha... view moret the car they sold me was as good as they were presenting it to be. My mistake. The heat does not work, the power steering pump is on the way out and another mechanic discovered signs of a previous accident. None of this was disclosed to me before I signed the papers. When I complained about the heat the next day I got two different explanations: one O A salesmen told me that they ""forgot"" to tell me there was a prob with the heat and that they decided against fixing it because it would have raised the final sales price too much. Another employee told me to bring it in and leave it overnight and they would look at it and fix it. I did and when I returned the next day to pick it up I was told they replaced a bad thermostat and the heat was now working but I should refrain from moving the vents(?) I was also told someone had overfilled the power steering fluid but they drained it and while there might be an `air bubble`(?) in the pump that would make it a little noisy there was nothing to worry about - it would not cause any problems. I still have no heat and it is increasingly loud and high-pitched when running. It was after this that I found about the previous accidents and when I called up to ask about it & to let them know I was still without heat I was told they would get back to me - which they have not. Buyer Beware: Don`t buy from them!!! You too might get ripped off!

I feel like a fool. I believed all the stuff they told me and ended up losing about $5000. I would never buy anything from them and want to help others from being taken advantage of.
