I`ve had my car at Randy...

I`ve had my car at Randy`s Dunn-Rite several times and can say that their service is excellent; the car`s repairs when needed were done in a timely manner, all my many questions were answered with courtesy and patience; every employee I`ve seen over this period of time has been pleasant and courteous; the waiting area is clean, pleasant and comfortable. The repair facility/dealership is within easy strolling... view more distance of shopping in Kilmarnock. And of very great importance, Randy stands behind his work; the one time an oxygen sensor failed, he`s right there to replace it, and is willing to explain - and patiently re-explain, to me as a total engine ignoramus -- overviews of that "infamous service engine soon light" of legend on the internet; that light plagues modern car owners. It`s easy to report a five-star when everything always goes perfectly; and I think of even more importance to be able to say that the five star is earned when you might need to go back to this guy, since perfection in this world isn`t the norm, and you need someone you can trust to repair that vehicle you depend on today... The owner is very nice but his...

The owner is very nice but his support staff is terrible. The so called mechanic had no clue with reguards to fixing our brakes. We had to go to another shop and have thier work redone. The mechanic at the other shop,who has over 40 years expierience said and I QUOTE-who ever worked on your truck used a hammer to pound the brake shoes in place. He also said that the brake lines were run under the gas tank and could s... view morenag. His opinion was whoever worked on the truck,had no idea what they were doing.
