I have had my truck and my cars serviced at Ted Britt Ford`s service center and they have always been professional and courteous. They Lie

I found a truck that I liked on the web so I sent them an email.. Internet manager Dan Little wrote back and follow up with a call he was very nice. I went in and bought my new truck and it had a nick on my rim, I told about it and they told me that they will take care of it.. So I bought the tuck they ask me to sign some papers. One of the paper was we owe nothing!!! I told them that My rim needed to be ... view morefix! They said dont worry about that they will take care of it... I got my car and it was not cleaned and not filled up with gas.. I told Dan and he said next time when you come in we will wash it. I went in to get my Tag, get the car wash, fix the rim. They told me that they never promise me that they were going to fix my rim, Also they told me that I signed the paper that we owe nothing, When I went to the sales person he told me to talk with his manager RIC. I had a nice talk with him and he told me that we owe you nothing!! I ask the sales person to wash my car again he told me that I had to talk to RIC. So I told the sales person next time I will skip you and go talk to a sales Manager. You are my sales person so you should get my Truck wash, I got no gas and also because they sold me the car under PRICE!! I think they lied.... They wont fix it but if I wanted a NEW RIM they will give me a Discount. You should never take therer word for it.... Have them fix it before you leave... I hope you dont get trick like me when you buy car from any dealers.....
