Worst car place bate and switch

I called ahead to see if they had a car, they told me yes, I drove all the way across town just to find that the dealer had lied to get me down there. STAY AWAY!

Bought a car from them with promises of certain things being repaired, not 24 hours later they were my problems. The Customer Service (Bonnie) is the rudest person you will ever meet. Talked to the manager he wasn`t any better. Beware of their lies. Stay away from them you will live a much happier life. I promise

Lies lies lies

I went to look at a few vehicles and the Mexican salesman was working I asked him if there was any jeeps he says no but on the website there are 6 and as I was leaving I saw 2 jeeps there felt like I was lied to and they wasn`t much help trying to finance me I`ll try my luck at jd byrider

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE !!

My husband and I were in desperate need of a good used car. Bonnie Blake and the ROD SHOP went out of their way to help us. They diagnosed the problem with our old car (cracked head) and offered to either fix it or set us up with a new to us vehicle. Everyone at the Rod Shop went out of their way to get us mobile and fast. Within 24 hours we drove our new car off the lot. THANK YOU SO MUCH ROD SHOP!! I don`t know what we would have done without their fast and friendly service. We don`t have the best credit but they definitely were able to work with us. I would recommend checking their inventory if you are in the market for a newer vehicle.

The Rod Shop is Horrible!

The customer service at the Rod Shop is horrible. I worked in customer service for several years and would never have dreamed of treating customers in such a disrespectful manner. Beware if you finance more than one car with them. If you get behind on payments on one vehicle, they will attempt to re-possess both vehicles (even if the other is current on payments).
