Reviews:

DO NOT take your vehicle to BEACH FORD`s service department!! They will steal your parts and tell you that it happened to just break while in their care. Brought in my 2009 Ford Explorer for them to fix a couple of frayed wires....which they fixed. When I picked up my vehicle, turned the ignition, I immediately heard a very loud screeching noise, which the service people heard too. So they kept my car overnight and t... view morehen told me that the A/C compressor went bad. There wasn`t a peep out of my car before this. A/C Compressor don`t just go bad when you start a car. They began to fail and give you indications they are failing. My car "went bad" in their care...because that`s how they stay in business. They either replace your good parts with bad parts so that you`ll come back to pay outrageous prices for your own good parts, or they`ll just damage you vehicle so that you`ll have to come back and pay to have it fixed. BEWARE: DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BEACH FORD TO BE SERVICED OR THEY`LL ROB YOU BLIND!!

Out of the park!
I gave a very tough problem to the service team. I was very skeptical that they`d be successful. SURPRISE! They knocked it out of the park! Call it luck, but they rolled up their sleeves and worked it hard and the effort paid off. Well done to the Service team!

The sales department is excellent. Very polite, made sure we were happy, even called a few days later to make sure we were still happy with the new car. I got everything I wanted and alot more, which was a miracle since we have credit issues and every dealership around pretty much laughed us out the doors. They gave me almost a thousand more dollars for my trade than anyone else had offered. I would definetly rec... view morecomend this dealership for anyone looking for a new car.

Great Customer Service
Becky has been at Ford as long as I can remember and I love the way anytime I come in, she is the same person to handle the issues with my car. She is very knowlegeable and customer-service goal oriented. It is always a pleasure working with her. I know I am on the Red team and seeing a familiar face every time makes me feel right at home. Keep up the good work Becky!

Service
I had my Explorer serviced in Feb 2009. I had normal maint done on the vehicle. When I drove off, lug nuts were missing from one of the the wheels causing the car to swerve and shake. It was raining at the time and I had marked difficulty maintaining control of the vehicle. When I drove the car back into the shop, I was informed that because driving the car without the lugs nuts caused damage to the wheel. I was info... view morermed that parts would have to be ordered and a loaner would be provided at no cost to me. I was taken to Enterprise which is on the premises. I was provided with a loaner vehicle after refusing to give my credit card! I had to argue that this was not something I caused and since my car could not be repaired for several days, I was not going to pay for anything. I was promised by the service manager and his supervisor that I would have service for the life of the vehicle. I would receive a loaner vehicle whenever I came in to have any service done to my car. Well, I should have had them put it all in writing. I could have been badly injured or worse had I lost control of the vehicle or lost the wheel. Now everyone has amnesia. I hate bringing my car there because there is nothing noted on the account of the services I was promised. Each time I visit, I have to remind someone that I am not paying for service. It should be noted and they remember once I inform them of what happened. I should not have to go through this every time I take the car in for service. I am very disappointed with the customer service from management. Once my service contract has ended I will not purchase a car from them again.

Unprofessional and Lacking Customer Service Skills
The service department has the worst face-to-face customer service I think I have ever experienced. The receptionists are not friendly or helpful. I had a toddler, an infant in a carrier, and two bags and I was trying to get to the lounge to wait. The receptionist, along with the serviceman they literally looked me in my face and didn`t offer to help. Neither person offered to open the door, which was two steps aw... view moreay from their desk. I had walk by their desk to get to the lounge. Thankfully another customer had enough decency and kindness to open the door and offer to carry the infant carrier. To make matters worse, after being in a waiting room from 7:45 to 10:45a I went to the receptionist to inquire about my vehicle. After she finished her social conversation she asked how she could assist me. She looked my name up in the computer and said she had no clue. However, she told me I could walk outside and ask the serviceman myself. She did point him out to me, how helpful!

beach ford
I bought my ford edge there a year ago and it has been a nightmare. they never seem to be organized and have dropped the ball at least 6 times. the vista roof had to be replaced and no one seemed to know what to do and how to fix it properly. i had to use 3 rentals for about a 4 week period. everyone was rude and uncaring. i would rather go to another dealership even if i have to go out of town. if i could go ba... view moreck i wouldn`t have even bought my car there.
