Took Great Care Of My Tacoma before, and now my Chrysler. Jim and his transmission mechanics worked on my Tacoma truck about 4 months ago. Everything is driving great. Recently brought in a used Chrysler 300. Thought I had a problem with my check engine light on the transmission. I brought it over to Tanner Transmission., I only wish Jim had more help because it took a full day for a report. But I guess it was worth... view more it because they replaced out a sensor and light hasn`t come back for like a week. No transmission work needed.How about that Sport`s fans. I would recommend Tanner to anyone.

I took a 01 chev express van to tanner in jan of 09, i was having problems with the shifting in a snowstorm, i called tanner and they said a new trans was 1399.00 plus tax and fluid. i took the van into them, and a week and a half later my van was "done". i went and picked up the van and it seemed to work o.k. later that day though the lights that indicate what gear you are in went blank and the trans q... view moreuit shifting, it started in 3rd gear, needless to say mpg went out the window, i called tanner and took the van back into them, they had it for 2 weeks "diagnosing " the problem, they then told me there was an elec. component on the trans that was melted. and by replacing this everything would be fine and dandy. well another 150.00 bucks and for another two months my van still isn`t running right, i too am a service based company and find it hard to make money when my vehicle is out of commision this long, i took it back to tanner and they diagnosed the problem again for another week and a half finally they tell me my ignition switch is bad and this has been the problem from the beginning, i then asked then why did you not tell me this was the problem and why did i replace my trans, they told me my trans was def. bad too. needless to say i have payed out over 2000.00 dollars and will never darken their doors again they are crooks!!!!!! i took my van to a local trans shop he had the same problem diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour for 150.00 including parts. these guys are crooks and morons don`t use them

Tanner ask me to write a review for them here goes. We call around and it seems that their price was good for a our Town & Country transmission. It took longer then they said it would though. But would still recommend to others. Seems to run fine now.

check the better business bureau at bbb.org they are not in good standing. Im out 2500.00 dont be next.
