I had been looking for a car for over 2 months when I got to RC Automotive. There cars were Supper CLEAN, unlike every other dealership we had stopped at. Their prices were some of the lowest within a 500 mile radius. Customer service was AMAZING!!!! No pressure sales, it was like talking to a buddy not a salesman. We never felt taken at anytime. SAVE YOUR MONEY! SHOP A MORE REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP! We drove all the way up from Arizona to purchase a car we RC Auto had advertised on the internet. They told us they had the car checked out by their onsite service and they found no issues. WRONG!! After purchasing our Porsche from RC Auto we drove it less than 5 hours before the check engine light came on. When I called to complain I was led to believe they would stand behind their car and fix it but instead was told that the OWNER CHRIS said he didn`t make enough profit off me to stand behind his vehicle and I was on my own to pay for the repair. They may have been in business for 5 generations but I doubt they will make it to the 6th treating customers so poorly.

RC Automotive is not only an awesome place to have your car serviced or repaired, but they have the BEST customer service around. Their service department was amazing and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and completely understood everything that was done and all the charges. Had a deal done over the phone for a week and bought a plane ticket from Vegas to pick up the M3 and the owner sold the car out from under me 2 days before I was to arrive. He knew I was coming and I didn`t get so much as a courtesy call. It looks like they are good at selling cars out from under people (read other reviews!)! Truely you can not ask for a better group of folks to be on your side when it comes to purchasing a car. As many of you have experienced the car salesman attitude this was not found by us at Rc Auto. Rick and Chris were especially helpful. My fiancee had discovered that her car she had bought from another local dealership was not what it was supposed to be and infact had been dealt with very dishonestly by this other... view more dealership. Rick and Chris at Rc Auto were very appauled and went more than above and beyond their duty to help us. When it looked bleak for us to be able to trade this vehicle in they pulled off a miracle and helped us not only get a good trade in but helped us get into another car that would be safe for us to drive. Not once was there pressure to buy and everything was stated clearly with the car we found, no hidden problems nor flat out lies about the vehicle. Rick even took the time to make sure that evertything was gone over about the car even showing us that the Vin # matched. Yes other dealers at least one my fiancee dealt with did not show her the right car fax with matching vin #, something one doesn`t think to check when a car fax is given to you. We can`t thank Rc Auto enough, we were treated like royalty and they made sure we were happy with the deal, no pressure sales at all. They will cont. to get our business for many years to come and we highly recommend Rc auto!

Finding a car had been a very difficult task for me. I was trading in my vehicle and was determined to get top $$$ out of it...Everywhere I looked I was getting low-balled and given terrible deals on the car`s I was searching for. After many attempts to find a dealership that would work with me, I finally had arrived to RC automotive and was lucky enough to work with Brett Duncan. We talked about what I was intereste... view mored in and the trade-in value of my truck. The first offer on my trade was nearly $1,500 greater than any other dealer had offered. They did not have anything that I was interested in stock, so Brett went out of his way for 2-weeks looking for the right car for me. He was very prompt in keeping me updated with what he had found and was able to find get a killer deal on exactly what I wanted. He was able to get everything set-up, got the car inspected, detailed, and made sure that it was good to go out the door. This is by far the best dealership that I have ever worked with, make sure that you ask for Brett Duncan, he will take care of you!

Last season I was looking to trade in my car for a truck. Winters are horrible in Utah for driving, so I was looking for a truck with 4WD that could handle better in the snow. I looked all over and finally found a truck within my price range that I liked. Luckily for me, the owner is a family friend. So I got the A+ treatment, I got to test drive the car multiple times, take it to two mechanics, and they even told me... view more ""We`ll put this one in the back corner, so no one else can take it."" We signed off on the price, and paperwork, all that was left was for me to go to my credit union for financing and bring back the check. When I showed up to the credit union they had trouble with their computer systems, and could not pull up my credit report to see if I could get a check cut. They told me ""You have a history with us, we have financed both of your car purchases, and you paid them both off early, there won`t be a problem taking care of this. Come back tomorrow and we`ll have a check for you."" So I called RC Automotive and told them ""They had a problem with their systems, i am picking up the check tomorrow, and I will be in shortly after that to pick up the truck."" The next day, I got a call at noon telling me they sold the truck to someone else. If they are willing to sell a car out from under someone, with paperwork already signed, and that customer coming in THAT DAY to pick up the truck, AND that person was promised ""A+ service"" since they are a family friend, how do you think they are going to treat YOU?

I almost did not go into RC Automotive after reading the reviews, but I`m glad I did. I traded in my Ford Freestar and purchased a Chevy HHR. I love the car! Rick was my sales person and he was nice and courteous. Chris the owner did the finance portion and was also easy to work with and got everything done very quickly. I am so sick of RC I could die! I recently bought a 2007 Acura TL from them, they were suppose to replace the battery as when I test drove the car over to my brothers house less than 10 miles away, parked the car to show him he had to then jump start the car to drive it back to RC. This never happened they stated that since it was working now there was no need to replace the battery. A day or 2 later the brakes were ... view morefound to be unsafe and needed to be replaced. Again not thier problem. After I bought my car, my previous car a 2004 MAzda 3 had the engine blown, when going in to resign the paperwork on my Acura I mentioned this to Chris and he said he had a friend who could help us out and put in a brand new engine (14000 miles) for $3000.00 what a steal right? So we took the Mazda to RC. This was in May 2010 I am writing this review on Aug 2010. Since the Engine had been replaced we have had it back into RC with MANY engine problems EVERY SINGLE MONTH ONCE OR TWICE. THEY REFUSE TO WARRANTY THIER WORK! THIER MECHANICES HAVE NOT A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY CAN"T PROVIDE PROPER DOCUMENTATION ON WHAT THEY DID TO THE CAR, THEY MAKE UP MILAGE ON THE CAR TO VOID OUT ANY KIND OF WARRANTY. THEY REFUSE TO WORK WITH YOU TO PROPERLY CORRECT THE PROBLEM. THE "new" enginge they have supposable fixed countless times has now blown a valve and has a huge hole in the bottom of the engine. DO NOT TRUST them to touch your car and do not trust any cars on thier lot. Sadly my family has bought 3 cars from them and thought they were great... all 3 cars have had issues caused by RC AUTOMOTIVE!!
