Saturday, 26 of May, 2012: I was in my car parked across from Whole Foods and on the phone with my brother who called to say my mom was rushed to the ER and might not make it. Next to me was a car parked that had the front hood up. Park City towing pulled up behind me to help the broken down car. I jumped out while on the phone with my brother and said nicely but panicked ""Hey, can you move your truck so I can get... view more out""? The young guy with PC towing snapped and said ""You need to say please"" and ignored my request by walking up and tending to the vehicle next to me. I walked up to him and said ""I`m on the phone with my brother and my mom has been rushed to the Emergency Room"". He still snapped and said ""say please"". I couldn`t believe his arrogance and had to yell. My mom is dying and this guy is senseless punk.

The Best Customer Service

I`m a Latino, I was Crossing Along to California my Car Broke down, I call This Guys and They have to guys there that speak Spanish, very good customer services they help me to find a hotel they get me to a Ricardo`s Repair shop those guys there make my day!!!!. I will Call them again for sure.

High caliber company

I have known Park City Towing for many years, these tow driver are constantly on deadly roads with traffic streaming by at 70 mph or faster. They show no fear and basically put their lives on the line to get cars to safety. Day in and day out they deal all types of people they show respect and greatness to all those they come in contact with. When a car needs to be towed at 2 in the morning they are there. Many p... view moreeople have broken down in the middle of the forest in the middle of the night, these fine men and women go any time any day. They work long hard hours holidays, weekend, nights, Christmas, yet you never hear them complain. They work long hours they can`t leave when 5 o`clock comes around, they have to stay until their work is done which is sometime 12 or 14 hours from the time they arrived. I am a teacher and I thought it was a thankless job but it is nothing compared to a tow drivers work load. I am grateful to have known such men and women that really bring out the best in everyone. The people that run Park City Towing are high caliber people and great at what they do.

Love to RIP people off that live and work in Park City

I`m sick of the blatant price gauging in todays economy...this company prays on those that are working and caring for small children. Canyon Creek apartments is where I spend 1/2 my paycheck to not be able to find a parking spot and paying $1,300 meh to get my car TOWED...and then this ""Park City Towing"" charges $200!!!! Towing you can trust

I needed to get to Moab with my jeep. I was broke and I desperately needed to get to Moab. I call Park City towing they are AWESOME!! They came in no time and took me and whole way without issues or hick-ups. The driver was kind and friendly. I was so happy to get to my destination. The cost of the tow was fair and realistic.

Fraudulant, $250 charge, out of state

I am out of state and in Utah to have my child at PCMC. I stop in Park City to see a friend of 20yrs, who takes me to dinner. In the meantime, I was apparently parked without a sticker for the condo, no signs saying I will be towed where I parked. Have to be at the hospital in the morning. And my car is gone. $250 non negotiable. Guy says he is a single Dad. I am a single full time Mom, and now my kid is not going to... view more literally have food or medicine because of this company.
