They Get Em in n Out u buy the Problem
The information supplied is my experience with this car lot. I have prided myself on giving them my buisness for 6 years now. Buying more than three cars and having a really bad transaction this last time on my forth attempt. I`m not sure if my bad experience the last time had something to do with us trading. However at the end they cheated me. Being a single mother and not being able to afford the price of gas I w... view moreent to the car lot I purchased my truck from. It would be a trade that would later be bad once the transaction was documented. The owner and I had spoke about the issue I was having and he stated a car on the lot would fit me. I went in drove the car and noticed it shaking when getting to about 60 miles on the freeway. I explained what I saw as a problem and they explained with me having no reason not to trust them. The issue was the car needed a new tire. The air bags were deployed so I asked had the car been in a wreck it had been explained no. Plus with my experience with the cars I`ve gotten before the lot doesn`t buy savaged cars. It was stated this is a really good car and it will save you on gas. I won`t put in anything I wouldn`t place my daughter in is what was said. The air bags will be fixed go home get everything out ur truck and we`ll call you tomorrow once the repair is made. I guess I should`ve been concerned because the paper work was done on my truck with no issue and their paper work kept changing. Plus information was kept confidential for the purpose of the sale at that time they stated they were doing this so the taxes wouldn`t be high. No actually they were sticking me with their problem. One day turned into three days. I got to the car lot and noticed the air bag on one side was not completed and he had and excuse. We`ll fix it. Still today it hasn`t been done. Within 24 hours of having the car I noticed it had an oil leak and asked them what going on with it. They wanted me to have my father take a look because thats a really good car its most likely ntohing. It was explained my father wouldn`t look at the car because it wasn`t his problem. I explained I wanted my truck back if the car had serious issues which was still on their property. Day two The owner took a look when he refused to give my truck back and I explained I would contact the attorney general. He looked at the car and said it was just a bolt. He tightened it up washed under the hood and I showed him how every fluid was low. He then explained they hadn`t had the car long and with the information left inside I later discovered. They were telling the truth before he sold it to me it was sold two days prior to them with informaiton showing they shouldn`t have sold the car period. It was later explained that the "as is" they had me sign covered them and their bad business practice. We get em in and get em out we don`t know whats wrong em. I will file the Texas Attorney General report because of the unfairness of it all. Plus with the information that was left they are held responsible for it even supplied the person`s social and the condition of the car. The trie was changed wasn`t the issue. The bolt was tighten the leak kasn`t stopped. The as is was applied to the dent in the car I knew they couldn`t fix. This is a warning they tell you verbal make them write it out. However, I have enought information to get them in trouble including with regulations... and by the looks of it that what their wanting me to do. I will supply every bit of information I have included but not kimited to things listed above. Watch them when giving them your business make sure they write down what they said they will fix...
