HORRIBLE! Do not use!!

Got a windshield-installed incorrectly. 4 months later it cracked and they will not replace it. The seal was broken all around and the crack started from the inside. Horrible customer service too!

Six days later...

After installing my brand new windshield on the 14th and doing an awesome job, 5 days later it got chipped by a rock. The next day I called Austin Windshield and once again, a few hours after the call Tyler was there to save the day. Not only did I get a $20 discount since it was a new windshield I couldn`t even see where the chip was when he finished. Very courteous and experienced. Austin Windshields Rock

Austin Windshields was great. I called them and that day they sent someone over to replace my windshield. It took less than an hour to replace, and Mark answered every question I had. The customer service was fantastic. From the phone call I made to them leaving it was A+ all around. good service, good price

I had my car broken into and these guys were on site within 30 minutes...in less than 1 hour, my back window was replaced...it took the cops 4 hours to show up...lol

New glass looks great!

I waited until the last minute to get my inspection done and Austin Windshields came out the same day I called them. It took about an hour and it looks good as new. Not much more to say, pretty basic stuff. I would use again.

Very Fast Service

They were great. They came out same day and replaced my windshield in about 40 minutes. They cleaned up after themselves and now my car looks as good as new. And it cost me less than $200 for original factory glass.

Rude!

I googled places to have windshields repaired, and came across Genuine Auto Glass. I noticed that my make was not listed on the website, but it does say to call the make sure they don`t service it. I called, a guy answered the phone and I told him I needed a quote for my car. He asked what kind of car, and then said we don`t service those. When I asked if he knew of anyone that did, he said ""the dealership."" DUH! H... view moree was not helpful at all, and then decided to hang up on me. I definately wouldn`t recommend that kind of service to anyone.

Good windshield repair and even better Pizza.

""I picked up a stone driving behind a semi on the freeway and was upset big time. That thing looked like it was gunna take my head off. I googled Austin looking for a windshield shop and came upon an ad for Genuine Auto Glass. What caught my eye was the ""Free Pizza"" part of the ad so I called. The best part was that I received a voucher for a free pizza from Southside Flying Pizza on south congress, great pizza by the way. My insurance paid for the windshield and I got a free pizza dinner.
