Horrible horrible and did I mention horrible?

I took my car in for a scratch and damaged headlight. After weeks of waiting, the rude front desk person kept telling me they were waiting on insurance, they finally called and said my car was ready. I went to pick up my car and the headlight didn`t work and you could still see the scratch! I had to stand there while the repair man (a fellow named Eddie) pretended like he was looking at it. My advice, don`t ever ever ever take your car here! They did horrible work and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Worst experience EVER!

First, they had my car for a month & when I went to pick it up.... My windshield was still broken, my stearing wheel was loose, the front end of my car had about 3 inches of space where they didn`t align it right and the bottom part of my bumper wasnt secured to the rest of the car, and was left hanging, along with my door not having the right parts on it and my door speaker isn`t working... Collision was to my f... view moreront end and my driver door... HELLO! After four trips back... It still isn`t fixed properly... Second the little girl they have as a receptionist, was to busy playing on Facebook and didn`t tell the manager to look at certain things I found wrong... That`s why I had to take it back so many times! Highly disappointed in their work and in their customer service! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE! I do have pictures to show their work... I will gladly share if need be!

Good Service! Great People!

I have used Chris and Phil`s for years! I wouldn`t take my car to anyone else - because I know they will do it right! The shop is owned by great people who give back to the community and you can tell they care about people. I have had a problem or two in the years that I have used them, but they were always able to make it right.

Horrible Experience

After sending my car into their shop for two days, I unhappily discovered that many of my personal items had been stolen. Before admitting my car into the shop I made sure all ""valuable"" items were removed. I left many road maps, burned cd`s,umbrellas, and automobile registration items. Low and behold, those items were stolen along with towels, loose change, and books.

The management was highly ""shifty"" an... view mored unapolagetic. They said, ""I can`t find those items."" That was it. Their staff is responsible for illegal unprofessional conduct. Any local business should not be centered around individuals with criminal intentions.

Horrible Experience! Not one dollar of reimburshment was offered.
