this is a typical nigtmare they draw you in telling all the great things they can do for you then send your paper work to finance after they have told you you were approved with a credit union an example my situation was approved up to $25,000 with a payment of 500.00 a month max. I had found a vechicle on the website that vechicle all of a sudden had... view more to many miles so we found another vechicle which was ok but not really what I wanted but would work and my 7 year old liked it so Isaid ok they said this vechicle would work, so I asked the price salesman said he would get it 2 hours later yes 2 hours later after being totally ignored I asked for price again and again he told me he would get it now remember my 7 year old with me this went on till 7 pm when my son just was totally ready to go they kept saying 5 more minutes we have your paperwork done I talked to a lady that was there before me she had been in day before and picked out a car they called her told her she was approved come in and pick up car when she got there they told her she needed like 3 times more money down and tried to sell her a dieerent car I should have known right then get out!!!!!! But stupid me i stayed well around 715 one of my salesman yes 1 of 2 they tag team you there drove up in another truck not even close to what I came in for and told me I could have that truck,lol imagine that ! These people are very unprofessional they ignored us the whole time we were there oh by the way this started at noon, they never return phone calls unless your looking for a place to hang out for the day find another car dealer!

SELLS WRECKED CAR`S AND NOT GAY FRIENDLY
I bought a car from them a year ago and i keeped asking for a car fax.never got one I need a car badly my just died so I thought I was geting a good reliable car. Well a year has gone by the front end shakes realy bad when we drive it the pasanger side window fell by it self the back window dont work the driver sid is the only one that work. the car makes creaking noises when turning. i dont feal safe in it. Then to ... view moretop it off my cousin been making the payment on it for me for about 9 months now she was diagnosed with kidny cancer and called the delership and told them she was going to be late with the payment they told her to bring in $250 and the would put the remander at the back end of the payment so she did. 2 weeks ago i get a call from ther colection office a woman named Nichole called me and was extremly rude to me i told her i did not have the car any more my cousin has been paying on it she said that she was behinde a few weeks and was going to repo the car i told her i was going to call my cousin and see what going on. I spoke to my cousin and she told me she had made arngmets with one of ther reps. so I called Nichole back and told her what my cousin told me so she was still argumentaive and very rude telling me she was going to pic it up and so forth i asked to speak to the manger she said she was i asked to speak to her boss and she said she would call me back with it and slamed the phone down not knowing it did not hang up. I heard her saying I CANT STAND THIS FCKING FA G IT I GOING TO REPO HIS FKING CAR THAT WILL HOW THAT F A G WHO I AM. I called the delership spoke to the manger he lauged a bit and did nothing about the situation I dont recomend this place to eany one.
