I only came there for an estimate for my front bumper and I talked to the guy in charged and asked how much it would be to fix it. He told me $100 but at that time I really didn`t have it on me. So the guy asked did I have at lease $50 because he really didnt want me to keep driving my car when my front bumper is half way out from up under the grill. I have only $2 in my account and I told him on that Thursday I woul... view mored have $50. So he said he would put only 1 screw in to hold it in place and I said "ok. Thatnk you". So he goes back inside and another employee comes out and started messing with my bumper. The guy walks out side and says "ok, I`ll fix your bumper, but when you have the $50 make sure you give it to me." I was amazed that he actually was helping me. So, that Thursday came around and I gave him my word. I paid him.

Customer Service at its best!

Wasn`t too sure if I was doing the right thing at first by having my car towed to Performance after I was involved in a collision that pretty much tore off the front end of my 2010 Versa.. Turned out to be a very good choice. They had me set up with a rental when I got there and explained everything that would need to be done. They kept me updated during the entire process and when I got my car back, I not only noti... view moreced the awesome job they did with the bodywork, but I also noticed they washed and waxed the entire car. Great service,, and excellent workmanship. I hope I never have another accident, but if I do, and my car is repairable, I definitely know where I`ll have it towed to.
