These guys are the best! They are trustworthy, they do great work at fair and reasonable prices, and they always remember their repeat customers. I can`t say that for most garages I`ve ever gone to! I recently popped in with a problem and asked them to rotate tires, balance & align--which they had just done a few weeks before--they cherrfully agreed and at no cost to me. However, in the process they found the re... view moreal problem, a very serious one, and said that once I got that fixed I should bring it back and they would do all those tire things & the alignment again. In addition, they did a temporary repair on the spot--on work I had done elsewhere. That is way beyond fair. I will never again take my car to another shop. I have learned my lesson!

Never ever go to this guys! They will eat you alive!

I have small hit to a rock of my front driver side, I feel the wheel is shaking, so I go to for a checkup. the owner is not friendly, I wait for a very long time, he start asking: my I help you? There is no customer around at that time. so a Mexican guy take my car for a long drive and then come back, and talk with the owner, the owner just give me cost number: $600 dollars, need change 2 front wheel and tires, ch... view moreange 2 front lower control arm, wheel alignment, labor.... I have a small hit, so I doubt very much! the owner say, if you don`t fix, then $25 dollar checking fee, I decide to pay $25 dollar and walk away, he take my $100 cash, give me change from his wallet, no receipt. I drive to the neighbor cross street, the guy just check the car and fix for me, and rotate 4 tires, total $20 dollars, the car back to the perfect condition, he told me everything is fine. I saved $600! Don?ˆ™t go the DFW discount tire! They will eat you alive! today is Jan 12th, 2010

Honest people

These guys seem honest. Took the car in for a major repair to find out that it was something small and simple. Their honesty saved me time and money. Also, they will deal some. Don`t hesitate to chop away at the prices some.

NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!

My experience here was terrible and I wouldn`t suggest anyone to do business here. If I could`ve rated it "no star" I most definitely would have. They tried to get over due to the fact that I am a woman, but little did they know that several men are in my life. The part of my car that I paid for them to fix messed up again the following day, and when I took it back they refused to fix it or give my money ba... view moreck even though I had a warranty on what they fixed. I called my father to come to the shop and they began to threaten my father to me so I advised him not to come since guys started to come out from EVERYWHERE with threatning words and loudly speaking in their language. I called the police and since they were so wrong and didn`t want to be taken to court, they immediately gave me a refund in the form of a check even though I paid them with cash. They do not do good business and are very unappreciative to female customers.
