Poor Customer Service

Twice in one week I called ahead to confirm availability for a state inspection and was told to ""Come on in, it should only take 15 to 20 mins.!!"" When I arrived, after only 5 mins from calling, I was informed that they were not taking any more vehicles for inspections. They`ve proven to have poor communication and customer service. I will never give them my business.
