I chose M&M based on the reviews on-line. Based on my experience, the reviews did not fall short. Mitch, who is the owner of M&M, is an honest and reliable mechanic who does a great job. I was surprised to see so many customer in the service shop. The shop was very busy with a lot of customers. You know when a business is busy with so many customers they are a reputable business. Honest, Great Prices & Service

You need to call M & M for an estimate on your vehicle. I have a 97` VW that was due for a timing belt and water pump replacement just before a huge holiday roadtrip. I called for an estimate, asked about the availability of parts and a recommendation on if i should get the work done before or after the trip.

Mitch was great to work with over the phone about the parts that needed to be shipped in from Dallas... view more and what could be done right away. He recommended the work be done before our trip, and he made sure to let the staff working on the car know we were planning to leave as soon as they were done. The car was done in about thirty hours - amazing! My family left straight for our road trip straight from the shop and had no issues with the work done.

I used a few different websites to estimate how much the work should cost based on my car`s age and miles. M & M charged me less than they estimated, and far less than different car repair sites estimated a local shop would cost. I got updates by phone and all the staff were incredibly friendly. I was lucky to have a friend drive me to and from the shop, but they offer rides to their clients.

I`ve felt discriminated or marginalized at car shops in the past because of my gender. Not the case at all at M & M. The staff treated me in the same warm manner they did towards an older gentleman who appeared to be a friend and long-time customer.

M&M of Lubbock is a Car Service Shop that You Can Actually Trust

This shop`s customer care and service is amazing. It is the first auto shop I have ever gone to that actually CHARGED ME LESS than the original quote!
