Rip off
I paid for services I did not get which is theft. Took it in to get my oil changed which cost $69.99 for a VW. They never replaced the original filter from the dealership . Which has the VW logo on it. They use penzoil filters per their employee. Well to my surprise I discovered the rip off when I took my car to an honest lube shop who gave me the filter. What auto repair
Horrible, horrible, horrible does not even describe this piece of crap company and mechanics. Never in my life have I ever dealt with such incompetence! And this was the manager and his side kicks! Where did they go to school for auto repair! First it took hours.....hours to do a hour and in half job! Then it took more trips to fix it! 3 times a charm?!?! I guess I`m the only one so fa...
I guess I`m the only one so far who`s had a good experience with them. I take my car pretty often for the $5 basic wash, and they do a good job of pre-scrubbing and thoroughly wiping it down after the wash, much better than you`d ever get from a gas station. The $13 cleaning of inside and out is also definitely worth the money. I took my wife`s car to Elite ...
I took my wife`s car to Elite Car Wash to be cleaned yesterday. As I approached the guide bars onto the conveyor I heard a pop noise. I`ve heard this in my truck before as it is aligning the tires on the conveyor. The attendant`s eyebrows raised indicating his awareness of the noise. I immediately called and spoke to Cece the manager at Elite Car Wash. She said she would check the tunnel and call me back. She did. She said that there was nothing wrong with the tunnel and her employees don`t remember anything happening. She also did not want to see the damage and told me since I drove offsite there was nothing she could do. I asked her to show me video of the car as it loaded the wash. She had nothing..... I drove back to Elite Car Wash and took a photo of the loading area where the wheel was damaged. Oh, and I saw the attendant and questioned him. He said "yeah I heard the noise". Nothing like lying to the customer. After an 8 minute conversation with her, she said I`m sorry there is nothing I can do and HUNG UP ON ME. Great Customer Service Elite Car Wash. The conclusion: The protective plastic piece that protects the wheel from being damaged is worn right down to the steel. Improper Maintenance. Elite Car Wash needs a new maintenance plan.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Took car in yesterday (8/22) for an interior detail. Woke up to a passenger seat covered with a 75% water stain. Took it back today on 8/23 for them to fix it. They did, but then, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR CONSENT OR REQUEST, they ran my car through the car wash with the sunroof OPEN!!! My daughter and I brought her car in for a transmission service. It is called a pan service. One of the services that they offer is a free car wash with any work done to your car. As far as I can tell for now the pan service went just fine. Here is the problem. My daughter had a problem with her passenger door that would not allow you to open the door. Honestly, it just didn`t occur to me to mention this to them. At some time during the 18 hours that they had the car, the door was forced open and destroyed the fender in the process. I don`t mean a little bit of damage was done. I would have accepted a small amount of damage. I mean the fender was crushed by the door being forced open. I spoke with Sidney (shop manager) and Wesley (general manager) and they took no responsibility for the damage. The damage was done either on 6/4/12 or 6/5/12. I was able to speak to the owner of the business on the phone, but he said that he could not make it to the office to meet with me until 10:00am on 6/7/12. I told him that it would be difficult for me to meet at 10:00am due to my work schedule but I would do it. My daughter and I were there a little early and went inside to meet with him. He was not there and through a message from an employee, I was offered to meet at 1:00pm. He knew that would not work for me. I asked for insurance information to make a claim and the management refused to give me the info that I requested.

Be careful about this place. Someone at the car wash damaged the door and fender on my car and they refuse to take responsibility for the repair. I have spoken to the General Manager (Wesley) and the Shop Manager (Sidney) about the problem and they take no responsibility for the problem. I was told that he could not make it in until 1:00 pm. He knew that I could not make it to a later meeting. I am sure that he intentionally missed the appointment. Here is the problem. As a matter of fact I would like to know what the banging was in the office when Ryan slamed the door after I told him to "Shut UP Kid". There was some banging and sounded like someting fell in the office after he slamed the door.

I was appalled by their poor customer service! I took my car there today to get an oil change and an inspection. I pulled up to the door, where I was greeted with a sour look by one of the maintenance men. He asked me what I needed, and when I said that I needed an oil change and an inspection, he looked at his coworker (who was leaning against the hood of my car like it was a bar) and sneered. They joked and rol... view moreled their eyes, as if it were a big inconvenience to them. Then, the maintenance man asked me if I had ever been there before, and I answered that I had not. He then rolled his eyes and mumbled, "Well, let`s go inside and get your paperwork taken care of". After he walked off, I backed my car out of there ASAP. I would never give my business to a place who treats their customers so badly, especially when I have many other quality choices in the Bay Area. Neither my husband or I will return to have our cars serviced there.
