Took my daughter`s car to Rex. He did exactly what I needed for a great price. I hope to never need to go again, but if I need bodywork, Terex is where I`ll go.

My first visit to Terex was when I needed some repair to my tailgate/bumper after somebody bumped my truck on the way home from work. The bumper had been twisted to a position where it made the tailgate unable to open more than a few inches. My goal for the repair was just to get the tailgate working again for as cheap as possible. My truck was already fairly old and beat up before the accident and the guy who ran... view more into me was a friend so I wasn`t looking for showroom new, I just wanted to get back the functionality I needed to be able to move the furniture that I`d promised to help somebody with in a few weeks. After going to a chain body shop and having them completely ignore what I told them and throw everything + the kitchen sink into the estimate, I found Terex and decided to stop in since they`re close to where I work. It was a world of difference. Rex (the guy whose name is on the sign) listened to what I wanted, answered my questions, asked some of his own, and used his experience to help me achieve my goal at an economical price. When they finished the job, Rex went over the results with me and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I mentioned earlier that my truck was old and beat up, it was also pretty dirty when I brought it in. (I drove that truck mostly with the windows open due to no A/C so I had lots of dirt built up on the gauges, etc.) When I got it back from Terex it was cleaner than it had been in years, even though the work they were doing was nowhere near the dashboard they had gone ahead and wiped it all down, making it look really sharp. It looked so good that I felt kind of bad for having brought it in so dirty. The combination of that attention to detail, and the way that they listened and worked with me was what brought me back for my second visit. Fast forward a couple of years. The junky old truck has been sold and replaced by a the new (new to me anyway) truck that was just what I`ve always wanted. Well, almost. It had some rust here and there, and I wasn`t crazy about the color, but after watching the classifieds for more than a year it was the closest match at the right price. The body rust had me a little worried so remembering my last visit I came in to see about that and to get an idea about what the cost of sanding/painting would be. Once again Rex took the time to talk with me, answering my questions and walking me through a whole range of options from inexpensive localized solutions to the full color change that I had been wondering about. He even let me know that the amount/location of rust that I had wasn`t an immediate concern and if so inclined I could do nothing and leave it be for some time without it becoming a major issue. After gathering all that info I did a little research/price comparison and mulled it over for a week and decided to go ahead and get the paint. I got to peek in on it and see the prep work when I came by to pick out my color (I was being indecisive between black and green, I finally went with green) and they really did a thorough job of taking it down to the necessary level to do a proper painting. When it was finished, I was really pleased. Once again the attention to detail really showed, it looks like it rolled out of the factory green down to every last corner and seam. So those were my two experiences. I really like being able to take my truck in to a local business where they genuinely care about customer service and the quality of their work. I hope I never have any damage to this truck, but if I do, this is where I`ll be taking it to get fixed.

Upon having the bad fortune of being involved in an auto accident and, after requesting estimates from three other Paint and Body shops, we chose to allow Rex the opportunity to repair our vehicle. He seemed to be truly concerned about our needs, and eager to help any way he could. In spite of our previous research he beat all other estimates by far. We had a ding on the door of our car that other places were giving us estimates of 2-3 times what Terex was able to do the job for. And the did a great job! We are very pleased with the results. This is the second time we`ve used their services and will go back to them again if we have to.

I was super impressed with the high level of customer service and courtesy shown when getting my car fixed at this shop. They completed the work in a timely fashion and even helped me out with my rental car. I have saved their number in my phone for references and they will be the first shop I call, if I ever need service in the future. Terex Auto Body & Paint ROCKS! :)

The service here is amazing. You really can`t find a more affordable and quality solution then this place. They were inexpensive, quick, and my car looks amazing. Fingers crossed I don`t get in a wreck again, but if I do I know where I`m going.

So I don`t normally do reviews, but the people at this shop were so nice and gave such a genuine effort to make sure I was satisfied, that I felt I had to give them some credit.

I just got my car back from repair after a collision. Terex was recommended to me by my insurance, State Farm. The location was great and they were nothing but polite, and communicative throughout the entire process. They even buffed o... view moreut a mark on my car that wasn`t related to the accident for nothing extra.

I only had 2 slight inconveniences. First being their hours...8-5. It`s a littel difficult to maneuver when you work similar hours and can`t miss work. BUT they fully offered to pick up my car if needed. Very impressive. Also, it did take 2 weeks for me to get my car back. Fortunately I had a rental that my insurance was paying for, or else this would have been more of an issue. On the other hand, I`m assuming it took this amount of time because they are so busy b/c of the quality work and customer service they offer.

So, I`d rather wait a little longer to get my car and have the job done well than get it in half the time with a half-assed job done. In other words....it was worth it to me.

I highly recommend Terex and will be taking my vehicle back if ever needed.

good experience. i took my car in for a quote on door damage. the car was inspected & i had a written quote promptly. they got authorization from my insur co. & got my car back (one day late due to weather). job was well done. this is a professional, efficient, straightforward outfit & it was a pleasure doing business with them.

Car accidents are always a hassle even if it`s not your fault. And this was my daughter`s fault. But Terex made it as painless and hassle-free as possible. We made an appointment to bring the car in. They arranged a great rate on a rent car. My daughter`s car was ready when promised and everything was fixed. It looked great but more important I know she is safe, at least until she hits something else!
