Go to another junk yard this one is not worth it in my opinion hinestly.... This is the worst junk yard I have ever been to!!! Daniel attended me and I though he was telling the truth about the part but it turn out it had water damage and all that. I drive more than 60 miles to get to this place for a diffective part! When I talked on the phone with him he assured me it was the exact same part. I had to get the part from the other AAA junk yard because they dont give you your money back if your an unsatisfied customer. Thats BS !!!!

I called to see if they had a bumper for a customer of ours, and was told that they did. So I placed an order for that, and was going to be charged an additional $25 dollars for delivery. Also, as a bonus, I gladly sent my Recylcers Permit, Salvage yard Permit and my TAX ID NUMBER to open an account. As a business one would think they would take care of other businesses to expand their clientele. Yet another failure ... view morefrom their part. This was a thursday, and was promised it would be delievered the following day. Friday comes and nothing. Not a call, not a single peep from them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waiting until the evening. Again, nothing. As I notified the customer about the situation, I waited until Monday of the following week to call. I spoke to three different people as they began to back pedal around giving me the run-around. I was told to leave my number and I would get called back. I did. I waited 3 hours before anything, and I gave the final intiation of calling them back. I spoke to Danny as he said "We dropped the ball, and I`ll get it out for you tomorrow morning." Now, here is the funny part. I call them back today, which is Tuesday, and ask kindly to speak to the manager. A gentleman named "Joe" responds and I tell him my situation. He rudely says " Well, WE DON"T DELIEVER." and hung up in my face. I was astonished on what kind of business they run. They are by far the worst company/business I have ever seen. They set the standard on the ignorance of junk yards. They give themselves the reputation of being trash. It is unheard of. I wasted 5 days of my time, and 5 days of my customers time for absolutely nothing. Please I urge you to go somewhere else as they have no idea how to run a business. Buyer beware the reviews listed on this page are just the tip of the iceberg on what kind of business they run. Awful, awful business.

Transaction date: 04/11/2013 AAA Auto crappers is the number one reason not to deal with junk guys! I ordered parts from them for a car I have as was told they had in in stock and would be deliver the following morning free of charge....four days later and a dozen phone calls I finally get Mauricio on the phone and he himself tells me it will be there in the afternoon. Well it showed up the next afternoon and wa... view mores the wrong parts....before I even look up the driver is gone and did not even leave me a receipt, knowing it was the wrong part...with a 40$ delivery charge!!! To this date I am still making two phone calls a day to try to get them to pick up the wrong part and return the credit. DO NOT GET ANY THING FRM THESES GUYS AT ALL!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! Looks like court to me!!!

I had called with Daniel for a part. He assured me he had the part on stock I drove 90 miles just for nothing.When I got there they did not have the part as he had told me 3 times before I drove there and waited 55 minutes for him to tell me he did not have the part. I will NOT recommend this guys. He did not apologize or anything, in fact he told me they will get my part tomorrow really? What a joke.

AAA had the part I needed and promised it would be delivered to my mechanic at 11 the next morning. They also charged a delivery fee, even though the recording that plays on their phone system during hold tells you it`s free local delivery. Not cool. My mechanic told me at noon that the part hadn`t arrived. I called AAA and they told me it would be there by 1 p.m. At 2:15, it still wasn`t there, so I called again ... view moreand they told me 3:00 p.m. I called AAA back at 4:30 and they told me it was on the truck and would be at my mechanic`s shop in 45 minutes. I call back at 5:30 - an entire day wasted and the guy says, "Well I don`t know what to say to you. I don`t want to lie to you and tell you when it will be there when I don`t." I`m thinking to myself: "Then why did you promise it by 11:00 a.m. before I paid for it?" Anyway. Long story short: They didn`t deliver when they said they would and they weren`t honest with me. I wouldn`t trust them again.
