Thank God For Johnny`s

(I`m sorry but I total believe NurseLisa123 is lieing) Sadly i was in a car crash one day. And before I knew it there was a tow truck already there before the police or anyone had showed up it was one of the guys from Johnny`s and I thank god he was there to check on me. I will ALWAYS call Johnny`s first. Thank you I wish there were more people like you all!

Stealing items from Vehicle

Johnny`s Wrecker Service was the first one to arrive at the scene of my son`s accident. They were there even before the Police Arrived. The car was then towed to Johnny`s impound lot. There were items missing from the truck, including a carton of cigarettes. I notifed them immediately and I was told that none of the employees smoke. I called again, asking to speak to the Manager, I was told I would receive a phone ca... view morell back. No one ever returned my call. I again called and asked to speak to the manager, I was told he was not in and no one knew when he would be in. The lady on the phone again told me that the employees at Johnny`s Wrecker Service ""Drink but they don`t smoke"". I was told that employees are not allowed to go inside the vehicle, but they were able to tell me what was inside the vehicle.

Towing Nightmare

This is the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a business. Aside from showing up 3 hours past the scheduled pick up time; the tower inadvertently left with the key to my vehicle. After calling numerous times and being told the key was being dropped off the key was returned a day later. I finally called Onstar, the referring company and got them to call the towing company. This company was the rudest and... view more most unprofessional people(including the owner) I have dealt with in a long time. I have been an avdvocate for customer service in the military and medical field for 18 years. I give good customer service and I certainly demand it in return as should everyone. Having to deal with your car being towed is already painful; dealing with rude people in the process makes it even worse.

They are very great.

I was not happy when my car broke down. But they were so nice to me they cheered me up. They got out there quick. Another thing I like they use straps not those chains. They were not the cheapest but my father always said ""The cheapest is not always the best.""
