Terrible service

My warranty company called Signature to tow my vehcile to a repair facility. Scheduled pick up was to be at 4:00. I waited at my home until 5:15 when I called their dispatcher to see about the delay. She answered the phone, not with a professional greeting like, ""Signature Towing"", but simply said, ""Hello?"" I gave them her my information and she gruffly said that they had canceled the service request because ... view morethe driver had arrived on time and sat outside the residence for 20 minutes and rang the bell several times. When I informed her that I had been there the entire time and no one rang the bell she nastily told me that she knew the driver had gone to the correct location and that I must be wrong. (like perhaps I was erroneously sitting in someone else`s living room when the driver rang the doorbell on my house.) She added that since it wasn`t their fault I would have to take it up with the person who originally booked the service. I called my warranty company who booked another tow with Signature. I accepted the service, (begrudgingly) and after an hour I heard a tow truck down the street from my home. I went outside and the driver had parked the truck and was walking up and down the streeet ringing doorbells on random houses. I walked down the street and gave my name and he said the numbers on the houses had confused him. The driver was pleasant enough, but based on the nasty attitude of the dispatcher and the length of time it took someone to actually reach my house, (2.5 hrs) I would never do business with Signature again.

Inconsiderate and Disrespectful

My apartment complex who does not have designated parking yet has a contract with a towing company causes me to have to park long distances from my apartment. Forgetting my insurance card in my apartment after I already walked to my car, leaving for military duty in uniform, I pull my brand new car up to the building, went up the stairs, grabbed my insurance card, came back down, and my car was gone. It had been to... view morewed by Signature Towing. The tow truck driver literally had to of been watching me get out of my vehicle to tow it that fast. I report it right away, go pick it up from the impound right away, and still have to pay $192.00. The police officer who responded to my 9-1-1 call of my car being gone even thought this was absolutely rediculous and thought it should have been thrown out. This company is out to get people. They don`t care about human decency and the respect of others. All they care about is making money. The owner, Jay should be ashamed of himself for hiring employees that are trained to treat people this way. I am astounded that this happend to me since I am a good citizen that follows laws. This company should be ashamed of themselves and I don`t know how they sleep at night knowing how they treat their fellow neighbor`s in the city of Plano. The city of Plano should be ashamed for giving them the rights to even stay open. I`m not much upset over the money, I am upset for being a disrespected. This company needs to shut their doors until they learn how to treat people right and to follow regulations.

DRIVERS

The drivers are not nice. They need to drive with a little more concideration for other motorist on the road. Unless that changes they should not be allowed to drive. So flipping people off and telling them to pull over is not exeptable. Please if you see this wrecker service just get out of there way.
