Stadium Auto was dishonest from the beginning when they told us that we were pre-approved for a specific truck, until we got up there to "finish the deal" and found out that we weren`t pre-approved for the truck we wanted, and would have to pick a different one. They lied to the creditors about our income and my address so that they could get us approved and they asked us to go along with it if anyone shou... view moreld ask any questions. They made me feel very uncomfortable and pressured. They spoke to me in a degrading manner and rude tone. This dealership IS shady and WILL screw you with no qualms about it. They sold us a 2008 Dodge 2500 that hadn`t even been serviced. It had a factory recall that hadn`t been taken care of, several warning lights on the dash that showed up after 100 miles down the road, the truck bounces so bad and rides so rough that it even knocked the muffler off while we were driving down the road. After financing the truck they asked for extra money to "put down" on the truck, which in fact wasn`t going towards the truck at all, it was going to them. Not to mention, they would only accept cash (so if that tells you anything). Then after a week of nothing but problems with our truck, we took it in for them to fix the problem. They told us it would take a day or two, which turned into 2 weeks! They didn`t give us even ONE courtesy call to update us on the status of the truck. Everytime I called it was as if I was bothering them. They would not return phone calls after I left messages with them. Once I finally got a hold of someone up there I would get a different story from each person that I spoke with. And everytime I asked when the truck would be ready, they were always "waiting on parts". Drove by one day when Sai told me they were "working on the truck as we speak" and the truck was sitting there in the same spot we left it. After finally getting our truck back they couldn`t provide an itemized receipt of the work that was done over the 2 week period that they had it. All they did was replace 3 sensors (a day`s work) and the bouncing on the truck was NOT fixed, they tinted the front windows for us, and replaced the broken fog lights. I tried to get the itemized receipt or documentation for my records of what was done on our vehicle. Jonathan Self and Sai informed me that it`s their policy and they don`t document stuff. When we went to pick up the truck we were waiting because Mr. Self said he`d go find the guy to put our plates on the truck. After 30 min of waiting I went to see what the hold up was. I went into Mr. Self`s office to find him sitting there texting on his phone and I asked him how much longer it would be and he said "oh you`re still waiting?" I told him to forget it and went to find out where our plates were and the guy we were waiting on was sitting in his office eating. Asked him if Jonathan came to talk to him about putting our plates on and he said he hadn`t even seen him. I was absolutely disgusted the way that dealership operated. They`re now withholding our license plates that WE paid for until they get the rest of their "down payment" which again cannot be in check or money order form, but cash only. I will NEVER do business with these crooks ever again. The business honestly needs to be shut down. I have no idea how they stayed in business this long. My VERY first impression when I walked in this place (without knowing anything about them prior) was that they all looked like guys from some sort of Italian mafia and I just got an immediate uneasy gut feeling. This was the WORST car buying experience I have ever had and I wouldn`t wish this nightmare on anyone! We were treated so poorly. I should`ve listened to my instinct!!!

Do not deal with these people! They are liars. Said they found us a car, drove 8hrs to pick it up and when we got there it still wasnt in their car lot, it was being transferred from another location. To make a long story short, hanging around the Dallas metro for 3days waiting for our car, it never showed out. They ended up telling us it was lost, but I believe that we had gotten such a great deal (that was our ... view morereason for driving such a long way) that they ended backing out. A trip that was suppose to be a day, turned out to be 3days and alot of money out our pockets, and they dont care!

I just bought a vehicle from this car lot. The sales man, like any other, said any thing to get the sale to happen even if it required to lie. His supervisor made the deal with me so I chose to take the car to see how I liked it and return the next day. Strategy that many car sales people use to get you hooked in.
I had the car checked out by profesional mechanics and it had many problems that needed to be corr... view moreected. I brought it up to see what kind of ""car lot"" they were and sure enough, they had to bring in the owner because they could not make the decicion.
I showed the owner the list of problems with the car and he would have his shade-tree mechanics fix them but he would add it to the total or lower the trade-in. Eather way, the mechanics there are not competent. the sales man (Joe Cantu) told me he would do things for me and never did and woud not admit to lying. The owner will not own up to what his people promise. It is an all around ""car lot"" not a car dealer.

I also had a bad experience purchasing a vehicle from Stadium Auto. They sold me a vehicle that could not pass the state inspection and then refused to make it right. Stadium Auto is NOT a trusted dealership. DO NOT BUY IN THIS DEALER.

We had the best experience at Stadium Auto. Q Giles our sales rep. got us a great 2006 Volkswagan Jetta, only 29,000 miles and we LOVE It!!! We didn`t have a long wait , and we drove of the lot with our car the same day. I have recommended my friends to try Stadium Auto.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. The first time I noticed a problem was 10 days after I purchased the vehicle for $5,941.28 CASH. I heard a knocking/clinking noise and the air wasn`t working (wasn`t cold at all). The engine shut down because the housing for the thermostat broke off completely, or at least that`s what Stadium Auto told me. I took it back to Stadium Auto, and they charged me $1,080.00 to rep... view moreair it. Before I let them repair it, I tried to trade the car in and get something more expensive. Stadium Auto said they would trade it in for the depreciated value, so I decided to go ahead and get it repaired. After the repairs were made, I was told to drive the car a couple days to let it "adjust" to the new fluids. The vehicle cut off 7 different times and I took it back to Stadium Auto a second time. I left the car there for the entire weekend. The dealership said they made more repairs but they would not produce a formal receipt, even after I asked for one. They threatened to call the police to remove my family and I just because we demanded to receive proper documentation. I called the police instead so that we could file a police report. The officer gave me his name, badge number, and plan of action to proceed with since I was dealing with this CROOKED dealership. The car still does not start correctly, it still cuts off, and parts that worked before (cd player & ignition) still do not work properly. I`m currently in litigation with Stadium Auto. DON`T EVER....I REPEAT....NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! That is of course, if you don`t like being cheated out of thousands of dollars.
