Had repairs done to right front of Toyota FJ Cruiser, including steering/suspension parts and new windshield. They picked up vehicle right on time, communicated with me at least every other day, completed the work ahead of schedule, and delivered it within hours of letting me know it was ready. Could not have been a more flawless experience.

I went to the body shop for 7 times to fix the damaged door. The quality is not good. I have ALLState insurance. I thought if I got my car fixed in Sterling, it would be faster because this shop is recommended by the insurance company. However it took me much more time than I thought. I think the first four times were reasonable. The first time for taking a look and then ordering the part; the second time for repair... view moreing the damaged door; at the third time for me to pick up the car claimed ready, but the automatic opener for that door did not work; at the fourth time for fixing the automatic opener. Then I found the repaired door was leaking air; they did not admit this problem at the beginning. then i drove the car on the high way and showed them; then I dropped the car in their shop next day; the seventh time I dropped the car for a new water strip.

We got rear ended and they had Allstate, who told us we had to use Sterling. I resisted since my brother in law owns a body shop, but was told they would not ""guaratee"" the repairs if we didnt use Sterling. It was a fairly simply fender bender, but took almost 4 weeks for them to replace a bumper and muffler. When the wreck happened, the auto seat belt feature quit working. We told them about it and they said t... view morehere was no way a rear end collision could cause that to quit working. Amazingly enough, they worked fine when she got in the car, and wouldnt work when she tried to get out after the wreck. Anyway, they said they would look into it, then another week went by, and they said they had ordered the parts to fix the seat belt thingy. After another week, they said the parts came in, but they determined (TWO WEEKS LATER) that in their opinion, it had not been caused by the wreck, so was not covered by Allstate. They COULD fix it, for out of pocket money from us. At this point we just wanted the car back, I wasnt going to pay their outrageous fee for fixing the darned thing, which should have been covered by insurance in the first place. I tried to reterive my car, and was told they couldnt release it because the non-working seatbelts was a safety issue, and their POLICY required I get it fixed before I could drive off their premesis. ARGHHH!!!
After consulting with my attorney and threatening them, they agreed to release my car, but only if I had it TOWED OFF THEIR LOT!!!!! At the time I lived about 2 miles from their shop... so it only cost me $75 to have the perfectly running car towed back to my house! The bumper looked great, except for the greasy handprints all over the back of the car. Not only would I never visit their shop again, my pressure goes up 20 points every time I have to drive by it. NOT RECOMMENDED. If Allstate (their sister company) tells you to use them, check out your other options!
