It was OK.

Went specifically for the 1/2 Price food. Menu was good, and got a couple of appetizers (mini corn dogs and hamburger nachos). The food was good and more gourmet than normal bar food but extremely greasy. The worst part was the flat soda. I sent a Diet Coke back twice because it was flat, and the waitress didn`t seem very concerned. i finally just asked for a water. I clearly didn`t drink the Diet Coke, but i... view moret still showed up on the bill. I didn`t bother contesting it because the waitress would have just been more annoyed. Good value on 1/2 price Monday, but I don`t know that I would go back even for that after the service. Seemed like a cool place otherwise.

Great Hangout

Barcadia has quickly become our favorite neighborhood hangout. It`s a cool atmosphere with sweet waitresses and delicious, if not creative, bar food. My friends and I love the Sunday Funday brunch, although the food selection at that time is somewhat lacking...but hey, it`s brunch. They recently got Super Mario, which makes me incredibly happy.

Awesome Sunday Brunch, Lively Scene, Fun Games

What an absolute blast I had with a group of friends at Barcadia a couple of Sundays ago! I`ve been back several times since then in the evenings for Happy Hour. It was okay

I went to Barcadia on a Saturday nite with a large group of people. My expectations were not met, but they may have been too high. For some reason when I was told about this place (""you can drink and play old arcade games!""), I was expecting more than 7 games to choose from. I was a disappointed. Don`t get me wrong, they had a couple of games that I enjoyed playing but there were so few....especially for the amoun... view moret of people that were there....waiting....just for that one chance that someone will loose and you can sneek you way infront of the machine before anyone else has a chance. Not so much fun. They did have a good selection of liquors and beers, I`d probably go back if others wanted to go, but it`s not my first choice. It`s a great concept (Bar Code-NYC anyone?!), but in my opinion they missed it.

Coolest New Place Dallas has had in a LONG time!

Dude! This place is a blast! Chuck E Cheese is more expensive and doesn`t have booze. Skee Ball is only a quarter!!!! It is a chill anti-snob place and the games are a blast. Good music, nice patio. It has become one of my regular going out stops.

fun, chill bar with a diverse crowd

subject says it all, barcadia is just chill, good times with good friends. the retro games are a nice throw back and fun for people who want an alternative to throwing back drinks at a bar (not me.. but i still enjoy donkey kong!) and they`re only .25 cents each to play, not like some places that charge $2 for a game. service is friendly for the most part although some of the bartenders can be a bit rude. overall i r... view moreeally like barcadia and i think it`s a fun, different kind of bar that i`ll definitely visit again! plus the 80`s music is awesome.
