THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! PLEASE FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO. THE OWNER IS STEVE AND HE IS A MAN WITH NO HEART. I DONT KNOW HOW HE SLEEPS AT NIGHT. HE IS THE ONE WITH WHITE HAIR. THEY SHOULD PUT HIM IN JAIL !

would just like to give thanks where it is needed. it was 515pm on a friday. my wife and son were on there way to dallas to see here mother. the van started to over heat, so she pulled over at a store. she tryed to call me but no answer. there was steam coming out from unger the hood. she did not know what to do. them a guy walked over from at shop" austin`s auto choice" eric from the shop offered to stay late and s... view moreee what they could do. they found that the upper radiator hose had come off. he fixed the problem and topped off the fluid. when he pulled the van to the front, my wife asked how much? he said " its free" and said " have a safe trip" its so hard to trust anyone these days with your car and for that fact the car your wife and kids ride in. thank you very much!!!! jason rivers

Don`t ever go here

They overcharged me for an alternator and battery replacement (over $600) after I got it towed there and had no other choice but the price they gave me unless I wanted to pay to have it towed somewhere else. When I picked it up, my radio and clock were not working (shouldn`t they have noticed this before handing it over to me?), so I told them about it. They did not apologize and were even rude about me asking them t... view moreo fix it. Turns out, the fuse was broken. As I was driving back home, I noticed that my "service engine soon" light had come up, so I called them. They were rude on the phone and told me that it was there when I dropped it off and it would probably go away, but that I could come back and they would look at it "if I wanted." So I brought it back and they checked it out, didn`t fully explain to me what was wrong and told me that it was fine and I wouldn`t "be stranded anywhere because of it." Thanks. Thanks a lot. Don`t ever go here. They will take advantage of you and act as if you are incompetent when they are the ones running a terrible, unethical business. They don`t care about your satisfaction, or even if your car works properly.

THIEVES RUN THIS PLACE

Scam Artists: I want all potential customers to be forewarned about the shadiness of Austin`s Choice Auto. For the record, there are no trees. The general manager of this shop also has a side business called "Campbell`s Auto." There is no public listing anywhere for this business. I was selling my car to a girl who was dating the GM, and the two of them came and picked the car up at my house with a tow truck. It`s a long story, but basically, be warned. These people are snakes! The owner apparently lives in Alaska somewhere and can`t be contacted. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
