Less than a star - Shop charged $85 for diagnostic fee $71.70 for 6 spark plugs and $97 to install 6 spark plugs for a total of $253.70 for a 10 minute job. Don`t recommend using if you don`t have to. They left grease and oil all over the leather seat, stering wheel, and door for my wife to sit on in her dress getting back the car. They also recommended a re-manufactured Air Mass Sensor for $214 and $29.10 to install. Just taken advantage of and ripped off.

If I could give these guys no stars I would. My wife just got our car towed there because it broke down on the side of the road. They said it needed a new alternator and gave her a ridiculously high quote. I called our normal shop and confirmed that we were being ripped off and had the tow truck come and get it again. When my wife went inside to pay them for the diagnostic they were incredibly rude to her and made her feel very uncomfortable being alone in their shop. This guys are crooks. Stay away from Galaxy Auto.

I was in town for a brief period of time, in which my car died on the middle of the 290; the police vehicle had to push my vehicle to Galaxy Automotive. I had no idea what was wrong with my car, but I knew it wouldn`t start. The car died Friday night and Saturday a.m. I called and spoke with Cesar about my car sitting stalled in the parking lot. He even came to the hotel to pick me up to get me back to my car. PLEASE please, locals - support this great establishment with your business.

I broke my rack and pinion steering somehow. Luckily I didn`t get into a wreck. Anyway, the tow driver recommended Galaxy and I figured that it was close so it was worth having them take a look. The manager/proprietor put my car on the lift and showed me that the entire assembly was broken. This is not a small problem. He quoted me just under 800 dollars, which I barely had. Took the bus for a few days and had to take a few cabs :( Called the shop and proprietor said I also need an alignment for extra dough (maybe even something else). I was making the call from the bus on my way to work and this was pretty disturbing news. I just levelled with him and said, &amp;quot;I don`t have that much. I have only as much as we agreed on... barely.&amp;quot; Proprietor said that will be OK. I think he probably did the alignment and just didn`t charge me. I think they did a great job and the price was fair (maybe even low). I will take my car there again for my next maintenance or repair.
