Honest, Service-Oriented, Good Communication

I am truly impressed. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience. They took extra care and time to thoroughly diagnose my car`s problem, and the owner personally saw to it that I was taken care of to my complete satisfaction. Their communication was proactive and straightforward all along the way. And to top it all off, their prices are very reasonable. I previously too... view morek my car to the dealer for servicing but from now on, I will go to Ben`s Workshop. I wish I had found them earlier!

Honesty is the Best Policy...

Honestly ... I seriously don`t know how I got along without the know how of Ben`s Workshop.

Believe it or not I`ve known about Ben`s Workshop for a while but, thought they would be outragiously expensive.
So, I used other repair shops... always needing someone else to repair the damage done by the prior shop.
Until one day when I knew what had to be done...
I drove to Ben`s Workshop.
The Awesome ... view morecommunication and straightforwardness of the service managers, the fast work on your vehicle but, most of all the the feeling of relief as I walk out of the office knowing when I return to pick my car up...
she`ll be fixed of her problem.
With the help of Bill, Sherry, Barry, and the technicians who worked on my little Mercedes ""Macy""... she now purrs like a kitten.

I am truly Thankful for the peace of mind and money I`ve saved with people who know the inside and out of the Mercedes Benz
With that I am grateful.

Jury still out.

It seems like there is always some expensive repair on your car when it goes in. I have had the service light go on now and then and I always get a sizeable bill, last couple of times I simply ignored the service lights and they simply went away ... Got recommended to have my batteries changed by them two years ago, refused ... they are still working fine. Got an expensive break job done, then the brakes starte... view mored making noise .. now it seems they need to be worked on again. Just a few examples ... don`t know what other peoples experiences are with this place.

Best Mechanics anywhere; integrity comes to mind;

Even the best car is only as good as the mechanic who maintains it. My 92 Mercedes 300 E has 320 000 miles on it and has been in Ben`s care for almost all of them.
Everyone is professional and curtious and I would not go anywhere else
