Worst Transmissin Service-Stay Away
I took my Mazda and was told I needed work on my transmission. I was told it would be $1,700 ""rebuild"" transmission. Only to get a phone call stating more work needed to be done so an additional $200 was needed. I paid and drove my car home only to have it not start the very next morning. Jim told me to take my car back so it could be looked at, only I couldnt get the car to start. I then had my car towed to neares... view moret garage and was told it was wireing disconnected to starter. Paid $85 and was told by Jim he would pay for tow and repair. Only when I gave him the bill I was told it was not their falt because he saw me start my car when I picked it up after his work. Jim was very rude and did not care as long as he got his money. This company just rips off there clients and treats there customers unfair and rude! Jim is the worst one who just gives you the run around.

Honest company
My car wouldn`t start and the first auto shop told me it was the transmission, so I took it to DWT...they worked on it for four days after discovering it wasn`t the transmission--they tried to diagnose a strange electrical/computer problem. Jim even went so far as to find a used part in order to save me a thousand dollars. Bottom line, they worked diligently trying to fix my car in a costly manner. After four days... view more, they gave up and only charged me for one hour of service. Wow. It is nice to know there are companies out there you can trust. Someone else would have simply replaced the transmission and then said, sorry. THANK YOU! I will come to you in the future for other auto repair needs.

Avoid this place like the plague
I took my truck here for transmission problems. They rebuilt the transmission, and then offered a 2 year or 24,000 mile warranty. I thought I had finally found an honest mechanic for a reasonable price, but then discovered quite the opposite. They do shoddy work, and I?ˆ™m still convinced that instead of truly rebuilding the tranny, they just did some kind of quick work-around fix to mask the problem for a few weeks... view more?ˆ¦just long enough to get paid and get my truck out of their shop. As stated above, after the ?ˆ?repair?ˆ?, I quickly noticed that my transmission was acting up and experiencing the same problems as when I had first taken it in. I?ˆ™m no mechanic, but it was obvious that there were still serious problems with the way it was performing. I took the truck back to the shop 3 times during the 1st year of warranty, each time for different symptoms, hoping they would be able to fix what I was talking about. Every single time, the shop just threw their hands in the air and told me they couldn?ˆ™t find anything wrong with it. In other words, they got paid, had their money, and weren?ˆ™t going to spend any time or energy trying to fix what should have been fixed to begin with. Here is my favorite cop out statement from the owner, Jim Sullivan, when I asked him to test drive the vehicle and check the loud, frequent, and obvious clunking noise: ?ˆ?Yeah we test drove it again, and this time we even turned the radio down. We didn?ˆ™t hear any clunking, there?ˆ™s nothing wrong with your tranny?ˆ?. I could go on for days. Long story short; save your money, time, and sanity. DO NOT use these clowns for auto repairs. Highly bad experience for me, I only wish someone had posted on this board before I endured this experience.
