Service King Katy Sucks! The service representative Jessica was very unprofessional. I scheduled to get my car repaired ten days in advance. Only on that very day and on the very hour we found out that the part we needed for my car had not yet arrived because it was only ordered 2 days ago. They gave me excellent service and updated on step by step process on what step process my vehicle was in. I was very please and will recommend them to everyone. There enterprise rent a car service that is located inside they could use a better selection on vehicle and should work on there customer service if I hadn`t been for the service king receptionist telling them they had a customer they would still be playing ... view moreon the computer instead of looking on their customer service log to see if they had any more customer waiting for service. Not a good representation for enterprise but service king is awesome.

I am so impressed with the way my car looks,My insurance told me it was close to a total but couldnt total loss it and they did it in a timely manner and fixed it right.

An insurance company referred me to Service King and I was somewhat apprehensive after reading the two reviews posted here. My experience with them was very good. Chuck was professional and kept me informed. The repair was completed timely and the work they did looked good.

Service King fixed the door on my car after someone backed into it. They did a great job and returned my car clean and in a timely manner. Will always use this shop :)

My insurance company told me to take my vehicle over to this facility.... I have changed insurance companies for how this bodyshop took care of this claim and why they sent me to this crap facility. This facility delivered my vehicle dirty and not all of the damages were fixed. Since they told my insurance company that my car was ready Enterprise stating charging my card because the repairs were compete.... or so the... view morey said. When I talked to the manager he said that there was nothing that he could do about the rental car even though the repairs were not complete. They had my vehicle another 4 days at my cost ($200.00)

I complained about the smell that was in my car to the manager and the manager said that was the treatment facility next door. I never knew what a treatment facility was but to find out it is where everyones toilet water goes. After feeling sick for a few weeks i decided to get a new car and let someone else deal with the bad smell and the poor quality workmanship....BYE BYE Natiowide and Service King you wont get me business again
