I had a WONDERFUL experience with the body shop! I was on the highway and was hit by a very large peice of plank wood that did a little number on the bumper of my car. I had been DREADING dealing with it because of how high my insurance deductible is. I was referred to Clear Lake Body Shop through Clear Lake Honda where I took my car for an oil change. He then said he would try to pop the bumper back onto the frame free of charge! I could have gone elsewhere and had to pay over 1000 dollars to have the bumper replaced but he was honest and took care of it for me! I came back 30 minutes later to an almost brand new car, to top it off they washed it for me. I will absolutely (hopefully not soon!) be using their services again and will definitely be recommending everyone I know there. What a fantastic experience. Thank you again!

Great services with right hearts!!

I have a wonderful first experience with Clear Lake Body Shop.

I scratched my brand new car only after 2 days of purchase. Last Monday, I desperately came here to fix it. It took the manager (Charlie) 2 seconds to decide that he will have it fixed for me FOR FREE. They did a wonderful job, I have my baby back, looking brand-new again with sweet memories engraved. Honest and reputable.

I originally went to this shop on word of mouth from a co-worker and on my way to pick up my rental from Enterprise the employee there vouched for the shop as well. Long story short, Clear Lake Body Shop lives up to their reputation. I had to use them twice last year for two separate accidents on the same vehicle, and both times they did a stand up job on my car. GOOD JOB

I HAD READ SOME BAD REVIEWS OF THIS SHOP, BUT WE HAD OUR CAR TAKEN THERE ANYWAY. I HAVE BEEN IN THE AUTO SERVICE FOR OVER THIRTY YEARS. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH WHAT THEY DID. HER CAR WAS HIT HARD ON THE RIGHT SIDE. I LOOKED AT IT VERY CLOSE. I COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING TO SHOW WHAT HAD HAPPENED TO IT. AND ANGEL WAS SO HELPFUL AND PLEASANT THE WHOLE TIME THE CAR WAS THERE. Steer Clear of this one

Rob Dellinger flat out told me to pick up my car if I was unhappy with what I was being told. I got two different messages from them. It will take a week and it will take 2 weeks, then I got told THEY had decided not to replace a part but to repair it. This is a cash repair so I want a new Honda part not body filler. After I talked to him to make sure they had all the part in to start the work so I did not have t... view moreo rent a car for an extra week they obviously did not get the parts ordered.

The extra week of a rental would be more than the part. This guy is a idiot. Find a dealer run and controlled shop for your import if you need body work. Stay clear of this place.

respectable body shop in area.

had my 2000 honda repair at clear lake body shop .they did a great job on a timely matter the job came out great. they keep me advise on how my repairs were going. they were very nice and the lady that answer the phone was helpful and polite.

Awful Service/Repair

I went into Clear Lake Body Shop because the owner WAS a friend of the family. His service manager is rude and unhelpful. 1st the car was in there for 3 weeks AFTER date given by the insurance company. When the car was released to me the compound was left on the door jams, my insurance company paid for them to align the car and also to ""clean"" the wheels. The wheels were not cleaned and the mgr said the car was ... view morealigned, which I paid 79.95 for. After driving it the car was NOT aligned and I called and the mgr insisted on taking it back to the shop ""they"" use. I said I would take it, he then called them and I took it over there. I looked at the prices and the gentlemen in the alignment shop said Rob said to give you a 2 wheel alignment I looked at the price and it was 69.95. The 4 wheel was 79.95 so I told him I wanted the 4 wheel alignment. Thats what MY insurance company PAID for. After talking with the gentlemen my car WAS NEVER ALIGNED like I was told my the manager. After that the paint on the car has trash in it, primer left on the car, windshield is gauged and scratched they damaged my tint on the doors they worked on, overspray is all over the car. When I reported these to the manager he said he couldn`t see half of what I was seeing. Because I chose the shop and not the insurance company there is nothing I can do. The paint still looks like a 3 year old spray painted on a 2007 vehicle that has not 1 scratch on it. I was told by the MANAGER that I was being ""silly"" and a ""pain"" Please do not go here they are many other body shops trust the review!

I recommend them

We took our car there right after we got into an accident. It did take a while for them to actually repair it . They did an awesome job though! It looks as if nothing ever happened! The staff was very nice and they got it done as soon as they could. I did have to go back because the windshield wiper wasnt working and it messed up agagin this morning so Im going to have to go back. All in all they are a good bodyshop... view more!
