I work for an unnamed, reputable car dealership, calling them to request information for a customer. I have been calling this dealership for about 15 minutes, and everytime I have either gotten a busy signal or the phone rings until it just hangs itself up. The last two times, I finally got a hold of someone. The first time, I cordially told the woman what I needed, and she said ok, and then hung up on me. The second... view more time, I again cordially asked for help with some information, and she flat out said "no" to me and then hung up. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. Only use if you want to make sure you are on your own once you buy the vehicle. Very bad service.
