November 2010, I purchased a vehicle from you. I was told the car was a ONE owner, no accident vehicle. Due to circumstances, not relavent, Im going through a divorce. The vehicle was not taken and I no longer need it. I spoke with a gentlemen at CarMax to see about thm purchasing the car from me. I was informed of a very low purchase price dur to the vehicle had infact been in TWO previous accidents, along with has ... view morehad FOUR previous owners, me being the fifth. This situation is totally unsatisfactory. I do not feel like I have been given a fair deal. Yes Iunderstand there has been a certain amount of time from the purchase date, to now. But it does not excuse the facts. I knew there would be a difference to the amount owed on my loan to the value of the car, but the information that has come about is a gross oversight on your dealerships part; to protect, in some way, its customers.

Can`t get my car fixed.
I have 2007 EOS that drains the battery. The dealership, Hiley Volkswagen, cannot diagnose why this is happening. Took it twice, they kept it 3 weeks. They said they worked with HQ tech support. No help there. Took it home on Saturday, car is dead again the next day. The battery is ruined from being drained so many times. I`m sure they are hoping I go away, but going to call them on Monday. Don`t buy a VW and don`t g... view moreo Randy Hiley. Understand that electrical issues are hard to diagnose, but when the car dies in the dealership, one would think they could figure it out. National Customer Service is equally useless. All they do is call the dealership and tell you exactly the same thing the service writer and/or manger just told you. They are no help in resolving any issue, they actually suggested I take it to a different dealership and also refered me to researching the Texas Lemon laws Making it my mission to post on as many web sites and to file complaints about VW and this dealership.

Bad Service can diagnose problem

No help there. Took it home on Saturday, car is dead again the next day. The battery is ruined from being drained so many times. This is the 3rd battery in the car. I know it will probably not hold a charge any more. I of... view morefered to buy a VW battery if they would guaranty to replace it when it gets ruined. They said all they could offer was the standard warranty. I`m sure they are hoping I go away, but going to call them on Monday. This is the dealership where I bought the car. Don`t buy a VW and don`t go Randy Hiley.

Incompetent Service Department - BEWARE
These people took advantage of my 65 year old Mother. She took her car in because the engine light kept coming on. The Svc Mgr assured her since they were the dealership they could fix it. They charged her $1800 and gave her a year warranty on the "work". A week later the light came back on. They told her "now it must be a different problem" causing the light to come back on. Then the people sh... view moree was dealing with would not even come to the phone to talk to her. I would not want to do business with a company that is in the habit of cheating people out of their money. Their lack competency and customer service is DEPLORABLE. We have filed a report with the BBB. I recommend you take your vehicle ANYWHERE else or they might try to fix your car by trial and error charging you all along the way. These people do not know what they are doing!!!
