I brought a used vehicle from Sami`s auto. I paid the car up three payments (upfront). Robert Ramirez (sales manager) assured verbally (with witness present) that my next car payment wouldn`t be due until the ending of July.

In a nutshell, they towed my car from my job two months later and told me my upfront payments went to intrest only, not in contract stated such thing. The owner was rude and did not want ... view moreto work with me, he told me I will have to pay off car before he would release to me. I had to borrow money from Tom, Dick and Harry, so I wouldn`t loose the car I worked so hard to pay monthly.

To add salt to injury, Later, I found out, it is normal for Sami`s auto to wrongfully repossess a car and after 10 days, re-selling the car, if owner can`t come up with total owed eventhough payments are current.

In a nutshell, I believe this business have breached their sales contract that was signed by both parties when I purchased the car. Furthermore, they illegally towed my car for payments that was paid in advance. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone that is seeking to purchase a used or new car. Sami`s Auto Sales is unprofessional, has unethical business practices, breach of contract, breach of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practice-Consumer Protection Act.

From my recent research, Sami`s Auto Sales has many complaints from unsatisfied customers in similar situation and they have ripped many people off with their unlawful and deceptive business practices. I have documentation to support all the expenses this error has caused me. They are rated an (F), on BBB of Tarrant County (check online). They have over 13 complaints from customers. Thank you for taking the time to read this review. I`ve reported them to several enforcement agencies including, FTC, BBB, TDMV, and Attorney General`s office. If you were ripped off by them, I would encourage you to do the same.

I had a worst experience ever with Sami`s Auto Sales. Recently I bought a car with this dealer. I paid all the money and to get the title you need to beg them. I got very very poor response from this dealer. They will not pick your call, even if they pick, they will put you on hold and disappear. I recommend all my friends not to buy cars with Sami`s Auto Sales. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM SAMI`S AUTO SALES.

This dealership was recommended to me by a friend of mine who had purchased a car from them before.. I have less then perfect credit/ i have a repo on mine/ and was in need of a car ASAP. needless to say i was turned down by many dealerships.., i was surprised and happy to find out that these guys really could help me out. Thanks to Samis Auto i am driving a car i wanted to have ,and have payments low enough for me to be comfortable with. Thank you, guys! I will recommend Samis auto to all of my friends and co-workers, and will buy from them again! PS. Tiffany/Tina/etc. with the negative reviews..my car has been repo`d in the past, so i ve been there, know the feeling.. but when you sign the contract with someone/does not matter who/what kind of business it is, you are expected to fulfill it. My husband paid Sami a $7000 down payment in Aug 2011 for a BMW 745 Li. The car checked out ok, but when we started driving it, it began to smoke really badly. We took it back w/in 3 days from the purchase and demanded to know what was wrong. He gave us his word that he would put it in his shop and fix it at no charge. It apparently was looked it but was brushed over by his mechanic as a minor problem that could be f... view moreixed. Fast forward 2 months after several attempts to get Sami to adhere to his word and false promises to fix the car, it started leaking volumes of oil with more smoke. It was taken to our mechanic again, who said that it needed a new engine!! The car was worthless unless $10,000 dollars could be invested to repair it!. After several trips to the dealership, back to back phone calls and selfish acts of deceit on his part, Sami then started to avoid our phone calls, duck and dodge us, give us the run-around and lie consistently to keep us in the dark with promises of finding another car just like the one he purchased. Fast forward 6 months later, we?ˆ™ve witnessed and heard him and Robert (his pet) scheming to sell bad cars to other innocent people; he had never found another car, refused to give my husband any of his money back but was still taking monthly car payments, but all the while lying like there was no God in him. He gave us a ?ˆ?loaner car?ˆ? to drive that he eventually had reported ?ˆ?stolen?ˆ? and had it towed from my husband while he was shopping and called the Arlington Police!! He taunted my husband and his pride in front of the police about how he had got his money and his car; that he had nothing and blew him a kiss!! It appears that he prays on the young African American culture more than any other that we?ˆ™ve witnessed. We are trying to find anyone who would be interested in sharing stories and possibly start a major civil lawsuit to take this man down and put him out of business so that he cannot continue to do business in America under the name Sami?ˆ™s Auto! I found them online and sent and email asking if the car was still available and in good condition.

The answer was `come look at it`

If this is how they treat customers right off the bat then I can`t imagine how they treat you after a sale!
