What is going on with this place!

Unprofessional from beginning to present. Car is still not fixed and it has been months. Not enough space to even go into how many problems i am having with this company and the damage to my vehicle is minor to moderate. I hate my insurance company for using them.

Extremely slow service and lack of communication

Our insurance company works with Caliber as a preferred provider, so we took our car there. They told us that it would be 1 week...worst case 1 1/2 weeks.

After 3 weeks, they finally finished our car. They were not proactive about contacting us and everytime we called, they kept telling us ""The fender is done and we`re just about finished...""

Steer Clear of Caliber

I had damaged my rear bumper 3 days after taking delivery of my car. My insurance worked with Caliber so I took it in. They said they would have to replace the entire back bumper. Fine, whatever. Anyway, I picked it up 3 days later and the side that had sustained the damage was fine. The right side was a MESS. The bumper was not flush with the tail light and there was a noticeable gap where the trunk comes down. I to... view moreok it back and the guy took it to the back of the shop. After about 20 minutes, he came back and there was no difference at all. The damage was still prevalent. He said that it would take about 2 weeks for the bumper to ""settle"". As a side note, I called the body shop at my dealership and the manager said that excuse was bogus. Anyhow, all that I could see that Caliber did to the bumper was to add some filler of some kind in the gap between the bumper and the light. Did they honestly think I would not notice white filler on a maroon car?? My main question is why didn`t someone quality check my car before releasing it? I will never take my car there again. All I wanted was for it to look as good as it did when I drove it off the showroom floor a week prior.

Excellent fast courteous service, great job!

A deer ran into the side of my car 3 weeks ago, leaving both left side doors and the left rear quarter panel dented. Safeco Insurance recommended Caliber Collision (Thank you, Safeco!). Jon and Chris at Caliber have been very courteous, attentive, and efficient. They got started on my car very quickly, and called Enterprise Rent A Car right away. Kelly from Enterprise was there with my rental car in less than 10 minu... view moretes, they`re very close. They finished the job in one week, and it looks great! They returned my car cleaner than it had been when I left it to them, no greasy or grimy smudges. Overall it was a completely satisfactory experience. Big thanks to everyone at Caliber, Enterprise, and Safeco! And also to the guy at the convenience store who called the DPS for us, and to the DPS trooper who came to take the report.
Rest in peace to the whitetail doe that committed suicide by smacking into my car.

Bad Service

Very similar story as one already mentioned. The car took 1-2 weeks longer than they said, and then when we went to pick it up, there was an additional scratch/dent on the hood. They said they would gladly fix it for free (thanks.), and it would take 45 minutes to an hour. We now need to schedule that work. Then when we left, we noticed all electronics were not working (radio, etc.) They blew a fuse, and could not f... view moreix it there, so now we need to take it to the dealer to have that fixed. I would NOT recommend this place!

Friendly auto shop

They are very friendly and done the job nicely on time.
I really appreciate their efforts. They call me to let me know the process of repairing often.
And finish the work on time.
I am very satisfied with the body frame repair they did.

Steer clear of Caliber Collision

I initially used Caliber because I belong to USAA (insurance) who recommended I go there. They had my SUV for 4 business days longer than they expected and that is only because I was keeping tabs. When I got my car back I noticed that my radio was on loud rap music and there was black grease on the inside of the door. In addition to that 2 headlamps were not working and the washer fluid had not been filled. I ove... view morer looked what appeared to be a scratch, spill or cover up on my SUV opposite the collision side. It appears as though someone in the shop had scratched it and tried to cover it up afterwards. When I returned it they were good about getting insurance to cover the scratch claiming that they had overlooked it. They assured me that I would have my SUV back the next day. Prior to Caliber closing the next day I called them and they told me that my SUV was not ready but would be by lunch the following day. I called them at 2:30pm the following day and it was still not ready. I eventually got my SUV around 4:00pm. The paint on the door is clearly not the same quality as that of the rest of the truck, but I`d rather live with it than deal with Caliber Collision again. They claim to bring your vehicle back to its original condition which is clearly not the case here. I`m not sure who does good work in this area but I would definitely do my homework should this ever happen to me again.

unfriendly staff and bad repair job

the paint job was not done well and the staff were rude when i pointed it out. Horrible experience and i will never go back.
