Reviews:

I took them my F-150 which I thought had a bad transmission. Another shop had told me I needed to replace the entire transmission which would have been costly. These guys suggested replacing only a speed control sensor and that fixed everything. They saved me lots of money!

Cheaters liars
On 04/27/2012 I had a flat tire on I-10. I don?ˆ™t have much experience in changing tires, I placed the spare tire the wrong way and the car was unable to drive correctly. I was about to re-change the spare tire a tow truck driver pulls up. He states, that he can take the car off the freeway for $50. I agree because it was unsafe changing the tire on the side of I-10. The tow truck driver takes my car off the freeway a... view morend we see Memorial Park Good Year. I have him place my car in the parking lot. I state to two staff members, AMED and MICHAEL if they could change out my spare tire and place a new tire etc. I tell them from the first minute I walked in there, that the car CANNOT be driven without the spare tire being changed and switched to the correct side. They said they would change the tire before they drove it. As my friend and I drove away I saw them driving my car to the garage!!! I got a call 2 minutes later saying they cannot work on it, because the rotors on the side of the spare tire is damaged. I told them just place the spare tire on correctly, I will pay for that and I will drive my car to my personal mechanic. Make an even longer story short; I have to get the car towed out of there again. They never even switched the spare tire. They cursed me out. Where they moved my car you can see where they scraped the cement. I have a pending case with Firestone. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!!!

Great Shop Great shop!
Great Shop Great shop! Honest people! I came in here thinking I had a transmission issue, but instead, it was a misfire of some kind. I was relieved it was cheaper than I thought. I felt overall I was treated fairly, and my car was serviced professionally.

I RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE
get really great service every time I go. VERY REASONABLE prices on oil changes, etc. The mechanics made me aware of a potential problem so it can be watched. They have even waited after hours when I got trapped in traffic. I will absolutely continue to use this reputable company for all my car needs. This is a place I can trust. Fair & honest. And friendly. I recommend them?ˆ?

They give the industry a bad name
Either through lack of competence or subtefuge (I suspect the latter} all of the work I`ve had done on my fleet of work vehicles has been...
1. Underquoted
2. Needed remediation
3. Led to more visits for further problems not diagosed originally

My new (reputable) mechanic showed me parts that were glued together for which I had been charged for new.

A disgraceful outfit that doesn`t deserve lic... view moreense to operate.

A mechanic driving a Porsche??
They absolutely cheated me. My inspection sticker expired and I needed to get it re-inspected as soon as possible in order to dismiss a ticket. My service engine light was on (as has been the case many other previous times). I made it very clear to the manager: that I needed just enough work done to pass inspection; that I could not afford to go beyond the minimum services (I`m living on student loans, which I told h... view moreim as well); that I didn`t care a whole lot about the car, so long as it`s safe; and that I received a ticket for the expired inspection sticker, so this needed to be taken care of right away. He seemed to get the picture, and said he would call me once they ran a diagnostic test. I received a call later with a very hefty estimate ($770 + tax), to which I managed to get him down to a little less than $700 + tax because he was trying to install the most expensive brake pads, despite my earlier conversation with him. I still thought this was high, but gave them the go ahead since the car was already there. They close at 7, so I called at 6:30 to see when I could come get the car. They were not nearly done, but said they would call me. About 20 minutes later, I got a call saying that there was an additional, ?serious"" problem with the car, which would cost another $500 to fix, and that they couldn`t pass the car for inspection. I was livid and demanded that my car be ready for me to pick it up. He said I would have to drive my car at least 50 miles, then bring it back to them for inspection the next day. However, he was ""90%"" sure that it wouldn`t pass anyway because of this other serious problem he`d JUST discovered. I was then charged $830. After disputing the costs with him, I decided getting my car back was the important thing, so I left. I didn`t get the ONE thing I CLEARLY wanted! I plainly spelled it out, and not only did they not pass my car for inspection, but they performed over $800 in services before telling me they wouldn`t pass it!

Liars and Cheats! Do not use!
They will try to cheat you when they can. They`ll do extra work on your car when you don`t authorize it and then charge you for it. They`ll claim that they thought you would have wanted it. Then they pretend not to speak English well. So they have your keys, and you have to pay their bill to get your keys.

Resolving it is not easy. By paying them you are essentially accepting their bill and you are stuck. Ther... view moree is no recourse after you pay the bill. Otherwise you would actually have to call the cops before paying the bill. Most sane people don`t think to involve the cops over an automotive billing problem.

Your best recourse now is to never ever use them.
