I was placed in a unique situation. I found out I didn`t have insurance after being in an accident and attempting to file a claim ( thought money was automatically coming out of my account but forgot to e-sign a document so they cancelled it and sent notification to an old address) . Even with used parts, they were able to make it look and feel just like an `09 Altima should. I`m extremely satisfied and grateful. Thank you American Auto Body Hickory Hollow!!

Don`t use this place. The representative assigned to me was a nice guy and all. But, there was almost no communication. And, they ultimately didn`t even fix my car. I gave them 2 stars; because a lot of the problem was actually with the Geico adjuster (and I love Geico as a company!). I was originally quoted $1,490 worth of repairs.....and then I was told the repairs were actually going to run about $2,700 (mo... view morere than the totaled value for my car!)! How do you miss an estimate by almost half!?; when you do estimates for a living!? Anyway, the whole process was a pain in the a**. I would just avoid this place altogether.

Do not bother leaving your vehicle here to get serviced. They are extremely slow, the receptionist spends most of her time on Facebook, and they cannot give good estimates of when your vehicle will be done. Avoid at all costs!

I took my car into this shop when I had my very first wreck in my car. The employees were very friendly and helpful.They walked me through the entire process and I felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle with them. They have rental onsite so I was able to get a rental at the same time. Talk about convenient. =) They did an awesome repair job and in a very timely manner too. The facility was great, the quality of the repairs was excellent, and the staff was superb. I took my vehicle in for repair to this shop, and upon completion I was driving my vehicle and the front tire started to come off. Autobody America only hand tightened my lug nuts when putting my wheels back on my vehicle. I called management to get reimbursed for the $6.50 lug nuts, and they refused and threatened to call the police if I went back to their location.
