Purchase went easily. Had went there several years ago and swore we would no go back. After Crest Honda would not help us, we were on the way to Murfreesboro to Ridell Honda but decide to give Trickett one more chance due to location. Every thing went great. But if you ask about the service dept I would have to tell you a different story. Took the car back to get strip above windshield replace due to problem and the ... view morepart was not in. This was after being assured the part was ordered before we signed the papers and we also called to see if it was in. (Two weeks from purchase date). Told to bring car in only to find out the part was not there. Also ad found a dirty spot on interior which they tried to clean and now I have not a two inch spot but a spot that is 6 inches x 12 inches. Very very disappointed in the service dept. now have to bring back, waste another few hours as well as gas. So PRAISES to the sales dept but very very disappointed in the service dept and this is the first trip

It was great to return to being a Trickett customer. I bought my first Honda from Trickett in 1990. After living in Florida for many years, I am back and don`t intend to ever leave again. Thanks to everyone. Aside from having a wonderful painless experience, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the car!

I emailed asking for what I wanted, model, price, color, etc., and Sharon Cooper replied quickly which exactly what I wanted. The sale was arranged over email, text and phone and I was able to purchase the next day. The color I wanted hadn`t been detailed yet so it was delivered to me the following Monday with a full tank of gas and floor mats that I did not pay extra for. I am very pleased.

My daughter is a teacher at TW Hunter Middle School. Late yesterday afternoon she found that she had a flat tire and called Honda Service to help change the tire. Unfortunately the locking lug nut key was not returned after her last service visit at another Honda dealership and they were unable to help her. My wife was able to locate your dealership online and spoke with Bill. It was almost 6:00pm and Bill said that ... view moreif she could make it to your dealership he would be able to help remove the lock and change the tire to the spare. She was able to limp in after a can of Fix a Flat and was met by Bill and two other gentleman. They removed the lock, changed the tire and had her back on the road in no time. They took care of this at no charge.
Our daughter has lived in Nashville for seven years, attending Vanderbilt undergrad and grad school and has settled in Nashville for life. We are from California and at times it is hard to be so far from family. As the father of two daughters I can`t tell you how much your kindness and care means to me. Bill and your staff went above and beyond yesterday and I am grateful. Needless to say, we will be using Trickett Honda for all of our future needs.

Sharon Cooper contacted me from my internet inquiry. She encouraged me in my research for the car we needed. She was helpful and encouraging but not pushy. She seem to always have good timing in followups and was interested in my personal situation. Trickett had the car I was looking for and that was a hugh advantage over other dealers. my daughter had just bought her first Honda,I was very impressed with the ride,comfort,quietness,and quality. I did my research as we were needing a replacement for out Navigator. We concidered the GM Enclave, Ford Explorer, and Honda Pilot. Consumer Reports played a big roll in our decision, Honda is rated #1 in holding its value, and almost no issues for repairs. We made an appointment with Sharon looked at and drove the Pilot, loved its many features, its size, and layout, quiet smooth ride. It really surprised me as the Navagator had set a high bench mark to follow. Well the Pilot rides as good and as quiet as our Navigator.
