This place is a joke!

I would never reccomend anyone to bring their vehicle here!!! For something I was expecting to take maybe a week at tops, I never even heard from them for 2 weeks and was when they were JUST GETTING TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM!! After 2 weeks of having my vehicle, they also contacted me to tell me they happened to discover my vehicle needed a host of other things to be fixed as well.... Don`t you think they would have fo... view moreund those things in the first place? After all this, I ended up paying $1800 for my repairs and that was even after I went the extra step to find some of my own parts instead of paying the outrageous prices for theirs. My repair would have been over $2100 if I had used their parts. Then, I received my vehicle back and it was pouring smoke from under the hood everytime I stopped, had a horrible smell, and wouldn`t even shift into gear half the time. All of these problems I never had before I took my vehicle there. I brought it back by there and he drove it and said it was just fine and it was just not shifting because of the cold weather!!! My car NEVER had problems shifting in the cold weather before!! So another week goes by and I was still having these problems and then I discover my car leaked 3 quarts of oil as well in a week and I almost blew up my engine because of them. So I bring my car back and he says if I leave my car there that day he could work it in THAT DAY. Two days then go by without hearing a word from them so I call and I`m informed it would be at least 2 more days before they even got it in there to look at it! So then a week goes by and I still hadn`t heard from them so I had to have a friend of mine call down there and tell them we were coming to get the car the next day no matter what. Luckily we finally got my car back and hopefully it is actually fixed this time. I will never bring my car back there, that is FOR SURE!
